The damn Chargers may never do crap in the playoffs, but they seem to be masters at turning things around in the regular season. it would be huge if Houston could knock them off, but with Rivers chucking the ball....I ain't so confident of that. I am just hoping that we take care of business at this point.

And at the beginning of the season we expected it to be like this:

Chargers 7-2
Raiders 5-4
Chiefs 2-6
Broncos 1-7

Explain that to Indianapolis. The Chargers should defeat the Texans as long as they don't shoot themselves in the foot... (which of course is not a given). Their offense always scores enough points to win... (no matter who Rivers has out there to throw to).

Not so fast. Given the level of the broncos play they could lose the bye week. I make them a 7 point dog.

Chiefs lose to the Raiders

and

Chargers lose to the Texans

which means the Chargers will have to overtake two teams rather than just one.

Chargers have shot themselves in the foot a ton. Especially on the road. I don't think Gates is gonna play or if he does how affective he will be. He's got 2 bad feet. I think Houston wins.
