Man buys dogs that turn out to be rodents
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...-steroids.html
Man gets shock of his life when he buys two toy poodles for $150 only to be told by a vet that they are actually GIANT RODENTS pumped up with steroids to look like dogs By JAMES NYE PUBLISHED: 08:44 EST, 7 April 2013 | UPDATED: 03:34 EST, 8 April 2013 Comments (505) Share Gullible bargain hunters at Argentina's largest bazaar are forking out hundreds of dollars for what they think are gorgeous toy poodles, only to discover that their cute pooch is in fact a ferret pumped up on steroids. One retired man from Catamarca, duped by the knock-down price for a pedigree dog, became suspicious he had bought what Argentinians call a 'Brazilian rat' and when he returned home took the 'dogs' to a vet for their vaccinations. Imagine his surprise when his suspicious were confirmed - he had in fact purchased two ferrets that had been given steroids at birth to increase their size and then had some extra grooming to make their coats resemble a fluffy toy poodle. |
Argentines. Yuck

Dude, wouldn't it be cheaper to just breed poodles than to use steroids on a rodent?
|
Kind of just punishment for wanting a ****ing poodle in the first place. LMAO

I'm disappointed in the article. When I opened it, I was hoping that someone was dumb enough to buy Guinea pigs or capybaras thinking they were dogs. The article should be titled "Man buys dogs that turn out to be weasels". Shoddy reporting. |

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/8K7kNjxdhWQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> The comments are hilarious. It's no different than eating rabbit. Edit: I haven't met this person. I was on a forum a while back with a lady that ate a guinea pig but I couldn't find her pictures so went with a random video instead. :) |

It was a long time ago though, and my goofy redneck dad cooked a bunch of them for dinner. |

And she appears to be fond of trolling sensitive animal folks, so she has that going for her as well. |
