Aye was a good interview. I wish he gave more info on the head coach search.

It would be greatly appreciated if one of you peeps could summarize the interview for those of us who find themselves geographically challenged and unable to tune in the great Jack on our televisions.

I thought the interview pointed heavily toward a veteran coach. Not only in the comments about the veteran head coaches with a super bowl win as well. I think more now than ever that Clark and Scott have been in discussions with Cowher, Shannahan, and Gruden and I believe that the telling tale was when Clark pointed at being a similar partner to Scott. Bet ya they're negotiating that atm because "It's better to get it right."

Clark's voice is a cure for insomnia.

I love Clark. I am so happy to have this man in charge of our beloved Chiefs.

Things certainly are changing within the franchise if Jack Harry is getting exclusive interviews with the owner.

The vibe I get is Pioli and Clark Hunt will be aggressive in getting someone like Bill Cowher, but Todd Haley is definitely in the mix. I'm going to guess that we'll know within a week and the choice will be Haley.

Are they considering Tomlin a veteran coach??

Clark said there were good veteran coaches on the market. He also said there were good young coaches. He said they're fortunate to have such a diverse group to pick a coach from.

It was a total non-answer. It didn't point at anything.

He has his poker face on... I thought it was hard too read him on this issue. He did smile rather large when asked about Haley, and smiled rather large when talking about a vet. coach w/ super bowl credentials.

Considering a vast amount of members on this board do not live in KC, I believe it would've been wise not to say its on 'NBC'. Because 'technically', its NOT on NBC, its on a local KC NBC affiliate.

Lezak was behind the frigging commercial that played during the Super Bowl that brought up the the kicker who shouldn't be named missing 3 field goals in the playoff game at Arrowhead. Thanks a lot for bringing back up that memory.:cuss:

Clark talks about a "diverse group of coaches to choose from" ... who the hell are they, assuming guys like Cowher and Shanahan aren't BSing with their year off?

Funny, with as much crap that is flipped at Jack Harry, he gets the interview with Clark.

They must have had the lighting turned up to "Roast." Clark was sweating a lot, and the questions weren't that pressing. Didn't like that question about freezing season ticket prices until after the team reaches the playoffs.

I credit Jack Harry for getting the interview, and for not burning future opportunities.
