Tiger is killin' it. 4th Green Jacket today?

Unbelievable...the guy just has it on this course.

Now at -11

DiMarco at -8 in second.

"I believe that's Mr. Gilmores jacket"

ROYC75 04-10-2005 09:00 AM

After that 1st day score,he better step it up.

Coogs 04-10-2005 09:13 AM

This whole tournament may have been decided on the back 9's Saturday morning, and Sunday morning. I'm really glad CBS decided against letting anyone see it.

DJay23 04-10-2005 09:31 AM

Tiger's game is on. He benefitted from basically playing a round and a half yesterday, striking the ball the way he was. All he needs now is to play steady today and force the people behind him to take some calculated risks.

Thig Lyfe 04-10-2005 10:22 AM

Wow.

Less than half an hour to lose four strokes and gain a three stroke lead? Just wow.

It does suck that none of it was televised (to those who watch golf, anyway). But the "traditionalists" running the tournament share an equal blame for the lack of coverage. Hootie and the boys are a bunch of clowns, IMO.

Tiger with only a one shot lead over Dimarco heading into Amen corner..

Ameteur Ryan Moore finishes -1 Good stuff..

Joe Seahawk 04-10-2005 04:27 PM

Dimarco is a pussy.. I was pulling for him but now I hope he loses.. He layed up from the middle of the fairway from 219 on 15.. :shake:

What a shot by DeMarco!

Joe Seahawk 04-10-2005 04:31 PM

Tigers on in 2, dipuss hit his 3rd to 3 feet..

Looks like they'll both birdie..

Joe Seahawk 04-10-2005 04:36 PM

Both birdied Tiger still up by one 3 to play..

Taco John 04-10-2005 04:43 PM

WOW TIGER!

KCFalcon59 04-10-2005 04:43 PM

What an incredible shot by Tiger on 16. Unbelievable

Taco John 04-10-2005 05:13 PM

Tiger chokes on 18...

KCFalcon59 04-10-2005 05:16 PM

He should have played it safe. His drives are killing him. If he played it safe and not try to crush the ball he might have won it outright. The playoff should be interesting.

HemiEd 04-10-2005 05:18 PM

A playoff! What a treat, wow! :thumb:

Joe Seahawk 04-10-2005 05:19 PM

I'm back on the Dimarco wagon...

Still pisses me off that he layed up on fifteen though..

jAZ 04-10-2005 05:35 PM

Tiger's back.

SCTrojan 04-10-2005 05:39 PM

I think the golf world would have imploded if DiMarco had chased Tiger completely down from three back.

ROFL

It would have been the first time that ever happened. Certainly, there would have been quite a bit of hullabalu...

siberian khatru 04-10-2005 05:49 PM

I bet Phil enjoyed that.

Especially since no one gave DiMarco a chance in hell of pulling it off. I thought as soon as he got the lead it was lights out.

Taco John 04-10-2005 05:59 PM

It was pretty hard not to start rooting for DiMarco once they started showing pictures of his family. But with all that pressure, you had to know that the cracks would start to show eventually. He's got nothing to be ashamed of, that's for sure. He said it himself... He proved something out there today.
