20 in 60, how to?
So, I'm leaving on my 10 day jaunt to Amsterdam, Moscow, and now I have added Helsinki and Talinn, Estonia. I need to drop 20 pounds in 60 days, 65 actually.
Other than inducing vomiting, drinking turpentine, Doing Cocaine til I die, not eating and other terribly unhealthy things - are there any good suggestions out there from any of you to achieve this goal? I eat about 2200 calories a day, currently, and haven't eaten fried foods in more than 6 months. I walk every day but have a hard time with the strength training, as I have really painful arthritis in my shoulders, knees and feet. I walk alot but I don't think it is helping much. Anyway, just asking, thanks in advance :thumb: |
Is there a weight limit on the plane or something?

Eat less calories. **** till you can't **** no more.

If anti-freeze is not in the cards, I'd recommend amputation.

it's not the skill
it's the will or take a rasp to your tongue |
Get some fake ID's and donate blood 3 or 4 times a day.

Scuba Gear !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Swimming is great exercise !!!! |
20 in that time may not be healthy. You get to the end and may not survive the trip.
Going to a hosiptal as a foreigner in some of these 2nd world countries could be an eye opener or death wish. Drop 10+ and be happy with that. More exercise will get your cardio up and your'll feel better in this faster travelling pace. |
depends on how much you have to lose whether it's healthy or not...that's basically 2lbs per week which isn't shouldn't be that hard. Just exercise more & eat less.
nothing to it right? |
I lost 35 lbs in about 10 weeks (which is almost in your time frame) I quit drinking, quit all fast foods, and followed a diet called Body For Life.
That was the eating, the exercise I choose to do was train for a marathon. I went from never running more than a mile to completing a 26.2 mile race in 20 weeks. My starting weight was 230 lbs, and I ran the race at 195. If you wanna know anything in particular let me know...i'd be happy to help. Mike |

Body for Life would be good.
OR Find a 7 mile or so route that you can run/walk. Do that 4-5 times a week, run as much as you can, walk the rest. Lower your calorie intake to about 1000-1200 and don't drink anything but water. |
Drink a couple of quarts of go lightly or colonblow every couple of days.
You'll be ready for speedo season in a couple of weeks. |
Body for Life is a decent program.
