What about Jeff George? He's got a hell of an arm and is just waiting for the call.

Nah........hes got some talent, but i dont see him ever being a true Superstar.

He doesnt have great stats, but is tough to bring down and has some scrambing ability.

I guess i wouldnt be opposed to it. Hes still fairly young, but hes a little injury prone.

I think any jackass can hand the ball to Larry and chuck the ball at our receiver's feet on 3rd down. Why overpay for that? :shrug:

Other than being knicked up a lot, having a real slow and long delivery and being very average he would be great.

Only time I've ever been impressed with Leftwich was when he beat us on a last minute drive a couple years ago. I think that's the game he just went over Bartee on every play.

He looked more appealing when playing in college.

I would prefer Quin Gray.

The only thing Leftwhich scrambles for these days is a extra helping of biscuits&gravy. Let's say Ryan Sims has better workout habits than Leftwhich.

He had a great year in 2005, but only played 11 games, and only 6 this year.

Well him and Jared Lerenzo may be fighting it out for the fattest ass QB in the NFL.

It would be a standstill fight cause Leftwhich ain't moving anywhere but to the buffet line.

I think the only QB worth consideration that can be had during the offseason is Matt Schaub. Though, he is a Restricted Free Agent meaning the Chiefs would have to put up considerable $$$ for him. Honestly, we should just stick with Green for at least one more year and concentrate on the O-line, D-Tackles and WR's in free agency and the draft.
