My lunch in high school (while I was 6ft 135lbs and swimming 2 hours a day) was followed by two packages of Nutty Bars and a package of HoHos with a Jolt Cola.

Breakfast was chased by a box (not a roll, a BOX) of chocolate donut gems and two jolt colas.
