In all seriousness, it's kind of a touchy subject for me. Being a member here and being a mod are, to me, COMPLETELY separate things that don't ever touch. There have been times when I've actually considered giving up being a mod just so people wouldn't use it in an argument/discussion.

Dane simply tells stories about actual experiences. He just happens to work in the Hollywood Entertainent biz and I guess people find that annoying. He seems pretty Joe average acting other than that.

The stories aren't the problem. I think it's cool that he lives down the street from the hot chick from Desperate Housewives. The problem is how he tends to start tossing his net worth around and belittling anybody who isn't wealthy whenever he gets cornered in an argument. As for the rest, I probably do come off as arrogant at times. I'm not that way in person but I think my writing style has something to do with it, because my wife will get on me every now and then about my comments in emails and IM's.
