21 wins, 10-6 in conference, might be a little biased, but should be a lock. 4th in conference for a team that was picked to finish in the bottom half is pretty decent.

Why would you leave KU for Arkansas?

I'm not happy about it, but I'm of the belief that KSU needs to win a game in the tourney and they're in. Lose the first game in the tourney, and I think it's less than 50%.
