I'd give up Allen and our 3rd for Henderson or Stroud. There's not much else that makes sense.

DE is more valuable than RB......you'd have to offer a 1st and another high pick or a good player.

Realistically, Stroud or Henderson and a 2nd is fair.

We could of had Henderson.....we traded up for Ryan Sims instead.

We could have had Olshansky... we traded down for Jr. Siavii instead.
