This is too amusing to be ignored.

HolmeZz 10-19-2007 01:58 PM

Nah I think it was getting the proper treatment.

Planetman 10-19-2007 02:00 PM

No Santa theme? No Easter Bunny theme? No freaking tooth fairey theme?

You've lost your nerd burst.

You're suggesting he actually had a "burst" to begin with?

Priest can still play despite the haters.... he has proved it, he wants back, nachos on sideline down really burst his bubble.... If he as gas in the tank. Let him play

I don't believe Priest will be putting up record numbers behind this O-line.

I do think even if he's only 90% of the back he was, he will be able to score and make short yardage conversions that LJ can't. I also think he'll assist in pass blocking, and provide a better outlet. Just play him as a passing downs and short yardage back and he will bring a lot to the table.

Of course I'm one of the few folks who never bought into the LJ > Priest BS.

JuicesFlowing 10-20-2007 07:44 AM

All of the Priest doubters and haters will smugly shut their mouths IF he makes plays ... if he doesn't do well, then at least he tried. I don't understand why his comeback is so negative with a lot of people ...

blueballs 10-20-2007 09:30 AM

They doubt Priest because they
know they have to get their balls
out of the wife/mother's purse

Me either. Priest was more complete than L.J. And can probably still do some things better (block and catch) than L.J.

I'd love to see 'em in the T.... LJ/Priest/Boomer or shotgun T

go bo 10-20-2007 12:02 PM

run them both?

which one scores a touchdown when they are both running with one hand on the football?

larry's not gonna like it when somebody else is scoring td's instead of him...

but maby this will motivate him to actually learn to pass block (so he can keep priest off the field when we pass the ball)...

as far as short yardage, larry's bigger and probably stronger than priest...

but neither of them will be among the league leaders behind our o-line...

and priest won't be any better than larry behind this poor excuse for an o-line...

... and yet Priest was far better at short yardage, I'm not too sure about the stronger thing either.
