McNabb is going to be available...
After watching tonight's game, I have a feeling that Mr Chunky Soup is going to be available after this year. Too old, damaged goods, IMHO, but I bet the Chiefs take a look. Feely is looking pretty damn good.

If the Chiefs were to sign McNabb, I would officially turn in my fan card. There is not 1 player in the league (with the exception of the career criminals) that I respect less than him.
Screw that. Go with Brodie. He's showing something EVERY WEEK.
cant we at least see if we can develop a young QB first?? Geez..
Only if we can trade for T.O. also.
I'm not sure I agree with you. The Eagles had A.J. before and traded him to I believe the Dolphins. I think they may keep McNabb for one more year and then start the QB they drafted this year.
Croyle > McInjured
Not only no.... but HELLLLLLL NOOOOO!!!!!
No way this won't happen, we'll sign Chad Pennington instead.

I am thinking we will sign them both.. All to compete against Brodie, but only invite one kicker to camp again.. |
Loads of teams will clamor for McNabb next year. Herm's looking to get younger. Me, I'd LOVE to have McNabb run our offense.
Will the Browns "shop" Anderson next year to make space for Quinn?

Did McScabb even make the trip, tonight? Or he is a pussy?
If an Eagles player isn't playing they don't make the trip, it's some team policy.
We're committed to Croyle so McNabb won't be on our radar.

McNabb will be a Chicago Bear next year.

McNabb = Culpepper

No thank you.
These are the type of moves that define the Chiefs. Signing an older aging veteran player rather than drafting a good prospect and developing youth. Mind you, it doesn't help that he is hurt all the time? *different direction please |

Mcnabb would laugh in Carl's face.
I'd take McNabb in a nano second if it cost us less than a first round pick. We have to save that first rounder for a LT, though so McNabb wouldn't get killed in the first game...

No wonder the Chiefs are scared of rebuilding. |
KC front office would be fools to take McNabb. we have serviceable QBs. we need o-line help and then some.
Where do people come up with stupid crap like this?
I have a better plan. Let's wait until the end of next year after Herm has destroyed every last bit of Brodie's confidence and manhood, then trade for Brady Quinn after Herm gets fired.
Don't need a QB, IMO. Unless a draft day steal comes up.
Mcnabb goes to chicago, easy
I'd love to see us sign a vet backup to Croyle but not for the money McHobbled wants. I think we need to have competition on the O line and not at QB...
It makes too much sense, from Carl's mindset. Carl fancies himself some kind of Las Vegas high-roller. He courts these middle of the road, bargain basement free agents who are either a has-been in McInjured's case, or a never-was, hoping that they can put together a year or two and get us into the playoffs.
The critical failure of the Chiefs and Carl Peterson for the last 20 years is that they have always thought they were just one or two players away. I bet Carl thinks they are only a player or two away right now. |
McNabb is going to be available...for speaking engagements at youth sports ceremonies & grocery store Grand Openings near you.

Seriously, any team that picks him up is going to get exactly what the Ravens got with McNair...a beaten up old man who's a mere shadow of his former self, a QB who will NEVER give you a full 16 games.
