I frugged up again and sat David Garrard, I mean who thought he as going to blow up in a blizzard! So anyway I have Eli starting, I am down 2 points to the best team in our pay league, all he has left is Chicago's D tomorrow (and in our league, defense doesn't really get any points at all unless they shut someone out) and all I have is Eli fucking Manning.

I said "hell with it, he can't blow it at home against Washington, can he?" Well, he's already fumbled and came a **** hair close to 2 INT's so far...

I need 7 points from Adrian Peterson tomorrow night...

I had the #1 team in one money league and proceeded to get hammered this week by a guy whose starting running backs were Travis Henry and whoever the guy was who played for Houston. He had Tampa's defense, Colston, Tony Scheffler, and Greg Jennings, who provided all but about 10 of his points.

My wife was playing my best friend in another money league in a #2-#3 matchup. He had Westbrook, and had beaten her twice this year, once by .07 points. When he dropped down at the 1, she emerged victorious by 6.29 points.

I lost in my conference championship game with Brady and my WR's, and TE's playing up to their normal standards in a lot of the bad weather games. In the league I had the best team by far in the regular season.

In Guru's contract league I was ranked 5th in the playoff and I knocked out the best team in the league today. For some of the same reasons I lost the other.

I'm advancing in the playoffs to play the #1 scoring team next week

I just started a thread regarding this issue, oh well.

I'm 11-4, started off 2-4 and went on a 9 game winning streak now I am in 1st place, won my semi final match up this week and I'm playing for the title game next week.

Other then my complete lack of QB, I have a good team when the damn guys are healthy.

Due to injuries to my running backs (Steven Jackson and Cadillac), I was in the bottom three in scoring for the season. I ended up 8-4 for the year.

I am going to play for the championship next week because Jackson is back from injuries, Drew Brees is playing like last year, and Earnest Graham is bona fide.

Hopefully Joey Galloway can light up the 49ers secondary and Steve Smith can do SOMETHING.

edit: the winner next week pulls in ~250 bones.

Congrats man. You earned it. Weather had a lot to do with it today, but I won a game just a few weeks ago with the help of the weather. Not much I could have done different today to win. Playing a different qb would have only made it closer.

Depends on your scoring of course.

I say he gets a TD and at least 80 yards rushing. Maybe 30 in the air.

He tore up the Bears in the last meeting and I have a feeling he is antsy with Taylor getting carries lately.

Not tonight but I'm still very much alive in 4 money leagues and one of them is for a shot at 100,000 bones,needless to say I've been more than a bit on edge when setting line-ups for that one.

TE is usually a low scorer in the league.

My potential matchups in the final game at TE are Tony Gonzalez for one team and Dallas Clark for the other.

Shockey just went down. I'd say the average TE score is about 6-8 pts and Crumpler has averaged 3 pts per game over the last five.

I won by one point, to advance to the SB in the bar money league. He had Brady, and Welker.....they did me a big favor today.

Thanks! There is so much luck involved, I normally feel good just making it to the playoffs. Once you are there, in FF at least, anything really can happen. As bad as things looked after the draft, and with all the injuries I'm surprised I made it.

I also picked him up - between him and Ryan Grant there's no way I would be in the playoffs.

Heading to the championship game now behind Drew Brees, about the only big-time fantasy QB who lived up yesterday.

I've got 3 teams and was in the top 2 in both of the head to head, and I'm competative and within reach of a salary cap title.

My team with the best record had terrible matchups and was beated by a .500 team in the first round of the playoffs.
