Websites pick Chiefs to be worst team next year!

I was surfing the web of nfl mock drafts when i came upon a 2009 nfl mock draft. they chose Kansas City to be the number 1 and pick Tebow. I dont know what to think about this, but it is a possible situation by the road we are going down now!

As long as Herm is around we will have a shot at the top pick.

Halfcan 03-29-2008 06:07 PM

we were the worst team in the NFL the last half of last year. We fuggin lost to the Faders. FU HERM!!

alanm 03-29-2008 06:12 PM

If we have the #1 pick it would be reasonable to expect that Herm and Carl are both shit canned. PBJ

Dylan 03-29-2008 06:12 PM

What the hell do they know?

Sincerely,

The New York Giants

That last half of the season finally got the Chiefs to actually admit that this team needs to be rebuilt.

To bad Clark Hunt didn't clean house.

journeyscarab 03-29-2008 06:30 PM

yes!

JBucc 03-29-2008 06:31 PM

The draftking one doesn't even have Oher in the first round.

milkman 03-29-2008 06:32 PM

Gotta love that Walters mock.

OnTheWarpath15 03-29-2008 06:32 PM

WOW!

2 WHOLE websites?

One of which was authored by the famous Matt McGuire?

Crap, we're a shoo-in for the 1st pick now, MATT MCGUIRE said so.

That's almost as pathetic as CREATING a 2009 mock draft when the 2008 draft is still a month from taking place......

When did Oher un-declare.

That draftking is dated Jan. 14.

I know that it's ****ing reeruned to post a 2009 mock draft when the 2008 draft is a month away.

And it's just as ****ing reeruned to take any stock in said mock.

I'm cool with that if Brodie totally flames out, and then their is Michael Oher

Reerun_KC 03-29-2008 06:54 PM

With Herm, we will be one of the worst teams year in/out....

this is surprising people?

Thig Lyfe 03-29-2008 06:55 PM

Tebow? Seriously?

He's closest thing to Elway athletically, but their's questions if he'll declare after his Junior season too. I think the kid has the stuff

veist 03-29-2008 08:09 PM

Drafting Tebow that high would be an enormous mistake, he's going to be super raw as an NFL QB prospect.

He could be the next Ryan Leaf, we dont want that!

beer bacon 03-29-2008 09:15 PM

Tebow as the #1 overall? Hahahaha. That is much more unrealistic than KC having the #1.

HolmeZz 03-29-2008 09:36 PM

Tim Tebow is borderline brutal as a prospect right now and belongs nowhere near the 1st round, let alone the 1st pick in the draft.

kcxiv 03-29-2008 11:32 PM

If we dont improve the Oline, I could see us sitting at a drop 3 draft pick next year.

No shit, if it wouldn't be bad enough finishing as the worst team in the NFL but drafting Tebow #1 overall...

Frazod 03-29-2008 11:40 PM

As painful and humiliating as it would be, us actually being the worst team in the league and being blacked out for every home game would certainly mean the end of that one who sucks the penis Peterson and his idiot lackey Herm. For a top draft pick plus a future that actually HAS A FUTURE, I'd deal with it.

POND_OF_RED 03-29-2008 11:41 PM

HAHA They underestimate the whole Sippio factor...

He plays in the spread option, he has bad throwing mechanics and doesn't throw the deep ball, he probably projects better as a WR in the NFL than as a QB.

RustShack 03-30-2008 12:00 AM

They will be in for a suprize when we are the cinderella team next year... SB HERE WE COME!

Bump 03-30-2008 01:01 AM

I'm all for getting the number 1 pick next year, though I don't know about Tebow being a top NFL prospect...but you would think that may be 1 giant leap towards CP getting canned

ILChief 03-30-2008 07:40 AM

if we get #1 next year, we'd better take Michael Oher

Raiderh8ter77 03-30-2008 07:43 AM

bump

Raiderh8ter77 03-30-2008 07:47 AM

If we get Jake Long this year and another descent gaurd in the draft then we dont need Oher, and if we dont get Matt Ryan this year then i would want Tim Tebow

If we get Jake Long this year, we're still gonna need a LT.

Jake Long is going to be an adequate LT in the NFL.

Almost every draft analysis questions his ability to handle speed rushers, so this isn't my opinion alone.

He's rated as the top propsect in this draft because there aren't any Joe Thomas' or Michael Oher's.

Jake Long will be an adequate LT, Michael Oher is potentially a great LT.

If we draft Jake Long (not liklely), there's no way in hell I'd pass on Oher in next year's draft.

Jake Long will probably be a great RT.

you are proably right but we will get jake long because this is how the draft will look like top 10

1. Miami-Chris Long
2. St. Louis-Glenn Dorsey
3. Atlanta-Matt Ryan
4. Oakland-Darren McFadden
5. Kansas City-Jake Long
6. New York Jets-Vernon Gholston
7. New England-Leodis Mckelvin
8. Baltimore-Ryan Clady
9. Cincy-Sedrick Ellis
10. New Orleans-Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie

Buehler445 03-30-2008 09:07 AM

I'd be pretty cranky if we were the worst team in the league. I'd ****ING KILL SOMEONE if we took Tebow #1. I'd ****ing stab someone....with a gun.

BigMeatballDave 03-30-2008 09:18 AM

Tebow? **** that. He's gonna be a LOUSY NFL QB.

I'd have to agree if we took Tebow.

If, however, we took Oher, I think I would forego the stabbing.

milkman 03-30-2008 09:23 AM

After thinking about it, I think I'm jumping on the Jake Long bandwagon.

Taking Long over Dorsey or Ellis gives us a better chance to select Oher next year.

You know, we wouldn't even be having this discussion had we drafted Joe Staley last year instead of Dwayne Bowe. We would have won more games and had a worse draft pick.....

:D

ROFL

Spectre 03-30-2008 01:02 PM

Don't see why this is a surprise to anyone, your entire team is in shambles and your front office/coaching staff don't seem up to the task of rebuilding.

whoman69 03-30-2008 02:15 PM

None of this would surprise me a bit, either the Chiefs getting the #1 or blowing it with a horrible pick

Thinking out of the box. I like that. :D

Coach 03-30-2008 02:26 PM

I won't have a problem with being the worst team next year provided if Herm F**king Edwards and Carl Peterson both get shit canned.
