Did anyone watch the KU game last night?

It was a really good game. Bob Dole was just curious whether anyone else watched it.

Poll forthcoming.

BIG_DADDY 04-08-2008 12:21 PM

Cool, I wondered when someone would finally post a thread on the Jayhawks.

kindra68 04-08-2008 12:26 PM

No. I was looking for my "G" spot.

Molitoth 04-08-2008 12:28 PM

I was wondering how many people gave up @ the 2 minute mark when KU was down 9... only to get home and turn the TV back on to see the celebrations... I bet that was cause to be pissed.

Radar Chief 04-08-2008 12:30 PM

There was a game on? Who played?

crazycoffey 04-08-2008 12:32 PM

Yes, and I won $200, then I went home - got my carrot wet - hit the G spot - took a shower, went to sleep around 2:30 - woke up and came to work at 6am....

Is there anything else the government wants to know about me, Senator?

At least until the Chiefs win a Superbowl.

Why wasn't the BB renamed CardinalsPlanet when St. Louis won the World Series?

At least St. Louis is in the right state.

True.

And besides, when you've won as many championships as the Cardinals, it's really not necessary.

Were the Cardinals the best team in the history of the world that year?? Did women auction off their g-spots on eBay to buy tickets so they could witness the Cardinal's greatness in person that year? Did you see fans of the Cardinals who were so overcome with joy (and their KU education?) that they posted such unique and thought provoking discussion topics as "HAHHHAHAHAHAHA"?

Bob Dole thinks not.

Had the Cardinals--like KU--established themselves as the GREATEST TEAM IN THE HISTORY OF THEIR SPORT by emerging victorious from the GREATEST GAME EVER PLAYED IN THE HISTORY OF THEIR SPORT; then and ONLY then would a name change be in order.

I'm not a basketball fan, but I'm in Atlanta for the next few weeks (flying back to KC on the weekends) and there was nothing better on. I had it on while working last night.

I must admit that the last few minutes of regulation were exciting.

markk 04-08-2008 12:59 PM

well, if the chiefs won the super bowl it would be the same way i guess. i'm not really a basketball fan but i can see why they would want to have their fun.

So you'd grab all your friends and all go over to a forum based on Jayhawk basketball where you would post a new topic ever time each of you had a new thought relative to the game?

Because Bob Dole is pretty sure all the Jayhawk basketball fans would get a real kick out of that.

Mr. Kotter 04-08-2008 01:08 PM

LMAO

Mr. Arrowhead 04-08-2008 01:09 PM
