When was the last game we played this badly?
 

Help me out with a little history here. How long has it been since the Chiefs have had a game this bad? Not necessarily in terms of score, but in terms of performance on offense, defense, and special teams collectively.

That game was bad, but we still scored 14 points and got 300 yards. We're likely going to be shut out today with less than 150 yards. This is an epic display of suckage.

Agreed, we were far better vs. Atlanta.

You have to go all the way back to the Oakland game to find a game this bad.

You guys apparently don't think this game is as bad as I do. I don't think I've EVER seen a game this bad. The Oakland and Atlanta games were bad, no doubt, but this is on a whole other level of bad IMO.

45-0 loss to Pitt a couple years ago comes to mind. At least I think that was the score.

Yep. And now we'll all have to hear about how this is,"All part of the process" & "We took a step backwards today" When in reality, a rebuilding team will SUCK ASS from time to time, but it shouldn't be because of poor coaching as much as it is...

When this game is over, we may have witnessed a historic day in Chiefs history. Worst game ever?

Consider the talent gap.

About equally horrid, the Panthers are good and the Raiders aren't. Imagine how bad that would have been if Russell could throw a ball at a target 8 yards downfield. 300 some rushing yards and that guy still couldn't complete a pass.

The Raiders are almost as bad as us, that's the only difference in the final score.

But Tony got his yards! I bet he's happy.

And if this is not the worst game KC has ever played, I will be able to take no solace in that whatsoever.

Only game I can remember was that Pitt game, but guess what Hermy coached that one too.

At least in the Pittsburgh game, we had something memorable with the hair tackle and Jared Allen running down Willie Parker from out of nowhere. This has been utterly forgettable.

Man, had forgotten about that turd out in Denver last year. That was pretty ugly as well.

this has to be a low water mark dating back to before Marty, because they proved that the win last week did nothing for the team. nothing carried over.

a win should give them some hope and rejuvenate the team a little bit. this is the counterthesis to the idea that we needed a win last week to avoid losing the players.

I think today also proves that Dungver and Sandy Eggo aren't very good either.

According to the radio guys, that last game of the 2002 season in Oakland was the last time we got shut out??

It may be a worse game in terms of stats, but Carolina is twice the team Atlanta is. Atlanta totally embarrassing us by halftime was worse than this, IMO.

I thought playing this badly only happens on Madden/videogames, not in real ****ing life.
