So, How much time are you getting off for the Holidays?
 

I work 4-6 hrs tomorrow, then I am off until the 5th.

I was supposed to put in 8 hours OT tomorrow, but ownership decided today to close at 7am. A cost cutting move, I guess.

I'll work again Friday, then have the weekend off.

(Also get off 2 hours early on the 31st, and off the 1st.)

I get the 25th and 26th off as well as the 1st and the 2nd.

This. Except with all this snow in the pacific northwest my employer was kind enough to pay me for Thursday, half of friday, yesterday, today, and tomorrow paid while I sit on my arse here at home. They're good people.

Taking Vacation days tomorrow and Friday, and get Thursday, Sat. and Sunday off.

Yeah. They're not docking anyone's vacation, or sick time either. I've never seen anything like it. I was just offered a bunch more money to jump ship, and I'm about to turn it down. How much is honesty, and integrity worth? I don't know, but I think I'm about to find out.

I get Holiday pay for the 25th, 26th, 31st, 1st, and 2nd.

Too much, considering I don't get paid for it. I do have a side project I'll be working on next week to make a few bucks.

The only day off I get is Christmas. Alot of people in are company are pissed that they didn't give us Friday off.

Yeah. I would be. I don't expect much, but a couple of 4 day weekends to end the year are a much needed recharge. I didn't expect it to turn into 2 weeks.

I get a full day off for xmass and new years day. The company decided to ditch holiday parties and instead give everyone half days on xmass eve and new years eve.

I have no paid leave time left so I won't be taking any additional time off.

Thursday and Friday. Then the weekend like normal.

Bob Dole left work last Friday at 5pm and won't go back until 1/5 at 8am.

Had to burn 20 hours of leave to get that uninterrupted block, but it's worth it.

From Dec 19th - Jan 6th...

Half day tomorrow, company lets us go early on Christmas Eve. Christmas Day paid, vacation on the 26th and the weekend off.

New Year off followed by a vacation day and the weekend.

So I have two 4 day weekends coming up by taking 2 vacation days. YIPPEE...

Heading to Orange Co. CA to my brother's for Christmas. Flying out tomorrow. That might be a "trip"! "Gimme a double crown on the rocks...

I haven't counted, but I think it is 30 days.

Have to show up in the am to wrap up some little details and off untill the 5th paid less weekends. Less unforeseen out of there by 8:00 am

That's how my deal is. I'm a contractor and I don't work for weeks then get several jobs all at once. I love it. I get bored laying around the house.

So what do you teach, how to get way too much time off :)
