Only 16 Hours til gametime and I'm pumped!

Just redesigned the Charger Mobile for the last 2 hours in preparation.

I'll be at the game so I won't really comment in this thread much, but GO CHARGERS (Gov. Schwarzenegger Voice)!!!

You edited that in. I only say that because as I was watching it I couldn't help but think to myself "That looks like Clay's work."

Your selfless post of Chiefs highlights is noble. I shall return the favor.

I didn't even notice it was on. I'm watching the replay of the Liberty Bowl on ESPN. It's right about the point where I stopped watching earlier.

Mr. Flopnuts 01-03-2009 03:43 AM

Are you going to the game tomorrow? You got season tickets right?

If I lived in KC I'd have season tickets. How long have you had them? I won't bust your balls for being a bandwagon sth since you're a young guy.

Mr. Flopnuts 01-03-2009 03:51 AM

I just saw that Tomlinson is questionable for tomorrow. Any real chance he doesn't play?

Since I was 15, I'm 22 now. 7 Years.

I used to be able to afford Season Tickets off my allowance when they were only like $300 7 years ago. Now they are $900...

Theres a chance.

I think he'll test it out like he did in the playoffs last year.

We'll see tomorrow.

I'm too excited to sleep.

Holy shit. That's an insane mark up. I have no idea what they go for in KC, or Seattle for that matter. You ever end up this way, let me know, I'll smoke you a bowl of Seattle's finest. ;)

I cant imagine ever finding myself in Seattle, but if I do I'll look you up.

You do the same if you ever come down to SD.

Heh, I could easily see myself visiting San Diego at some point. It will probably be in January or February. Not this year though.

It could happen. I was thinking about taking my wife on a cruise next winter, and we would probably depart from San Diego. Tying that in with a Chiefs game down there would be pretty bad ass.

Buck 01-03-2009 04:03 AM

Hell yeah it would.

I'm debating whether or not I'm keeping my seat for next year...Its getting expensive.

NFL Sunday Ticket is considerably cheaper.

Honestly, I don't see things getting better with Norv Turner as the head coach. I've never been a fan of his, and frankly I hope he lasts there for 10 years. But there's no way in hell he'll be there in 5. Probably not 3.

If the Chargers lose tomorrow, he is out by Monday, IMO.

Yeah, it's not like AJ has a problem firing a 14-2 coach. ****, I hope they win tomorrow just to give Norv another year.

007 01-03-2009 04:08 AM

Hmmm, is it possible that all 4 teams in the AFC west could be looking for coaches?

I would think he deserved another year at that point.

To have a team win 3 playoff games (at least) in 2 years for a team who hadn't won a playoff game the 13 previous years, thats getting something done.

It'd be pretty fitting considering the champ this year went 8-8.

Very much so.

I think a lot of coaches may be waiting to make a decision until they find out whats going on in San Diego, its potentially the most attractive opening in the league.

San Diego owns Indy at this point. You have to expecting to win tomorrow.

Without a shadow of a doubt, it is the most lucrative job in the league at this point. The nucleus, the location, it's the total package.

Yeah...

Who wouldn't just love to be there to see their million-dollar home go up in flames during one of SoCal's notoriously uncontrollable fires?

ziggysocki 01-03-2009 07:49 AM

Have fun enjoying a game... a playoff game. A playoff game in which the team that you love is playing in, and has a chance to win. No, I'm not bitter. Why do you ask?

If not for two one-point wins over the Chiefs, the Chargers would be 6-10. Instead, they're hosting a home playoff game. That's hilarious.
