Anyone else having problems logging in on their phone?
 

Everytime I try to get on here from my Pre and log in, it won't let me. It's like it doesn't recognize my username and password. Anyone else have this problem? Or better yet, the solution? Thanks in advance.

I should say that I had the same problem with my Instinct. So it's probably not an issue with this in particular phone.

Nope everytime I logged in using my g1, it worked. You're with sprint right? That might be the case?

Remember Pioli Zombie's been banned that's probably why it's not letting you log in via your phone. :)

It worked from my blackberry, but nothing since then.

I haven't been able to log in for a while now with my Blackberry.

Workin' OK for me, for what it's worth.

You might try logging in using a phone that has buttons rather than a dial. I get tripped up by that one from time to time.

It's saying I don't have permission. Is that a setting you guys can fix? I've logged out, logged in, I definitely know my password and all of that good stuff. This is baffling.

me either. Actually never been able to with blackberry. never had problems with the old sidekick.

I missed that. Did both of him get banned?

Haven't been able to on the HTC Touch either for a while. Can read everything fine just can't log in.

When you try and log in does it tell you that you don't have permission to do that?

Yep. Tried to reply and says "You do not have permission to perform this action. Please refresh the page and login before trying again."

Try to log in and same page comes up.

I had the same problem when I started going using my blackberry. I believe the issue can be resolved by going to m.chiefsplanet.com.

If we have to ban every mobile device to get rid of him it's worth it.

I wish that was the case but that is the site I use for my mobile and still can't login.

Interestingly enough, when I don't go to the mobile site, but the regular one from my phone, all is well. God the Pre has a beautiful OS.

What I find really interesting is that when I went to the regular site for the first time from my phone, I was automatically logged in. Weird.

No problem logging in with my PSP and it's the mobile version of CP.

I have a different problem. If i take to long replying to a post on my blackberry, it will log me out. I can't write long posts with my phone.

Mine doesn't even log me in. I'll put in my log in information and hit submit......and it will go to the page like I just logged in....but I still won't be. No matter how many times I enter the info....it doesn't log me in.

I'll bet it says at the top of the screen that you don't have permission. I PM'd Austin on this, hopefully it's an in house fix, otherwise we're screwed!!! And by we, I mean you, heh, I can log into the non mobile from my phone just fine. :)
