Antonio Cromartie Chat on NFL.com / Chiefs Related
http://chat.nfl.com/front/archived_chat/318
Dan, Kansas City, KS Do you think you'll be able to stop the Chiefs' pass game even with Cassell in your division? Antonio Cromartie, San Diego Chargers They never had a passing game. They don't even have Gonzalez. Check the link though. He pretty much talks shit about Denver and Oakland too...I thought you'd like to see this though. |
It sounds like Cromartie may have injury problems this year concerning the talking shit aspect with BB material for the opposition.
|
Cassel, Bowe, Bradley, Engram, Darling, Copper, Cottam, Johnson, Thigpen and Charles will show you no passing game asshole!!!!11!!1!!
|
Don't make me bring up the feather boa thread.....just don't.

Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!

Do you think you'll be able to stop a pass? Antonio Cromartie, San Diego Chargers fuck if I know dawg |
LMAO Thigpen torched thier D for close to 300 yards and 3 TD's on the Charger's home field last year and this clown is running smack.

Who the hell is Dan and why do they allow reeruns on the internet?
|
Yeah that was a dumb question, but what a f***ing moron Cromartie is. I hope Cassel torches him for 300 plus yards both times.
|
antonio's not that smart, is he? good thing they give these guys athletic scholarships, because otherwise, he'd be doing construction work and/or working the grill at mcdonald's.
|
The Chargers' team is full of cocky assholes. Which makes me all the more sure that Norv Turner will gradually bury that pretty talented team into the ground.
Cocky assholes like Rivers and Cromartie have it coming. |
some how this ass clown is gonna get torched by Cassel & company.

People here put too much emphasis on stats, and not what matters - WINNING. Thigpen might have had good stats, but we lost. Cromartie has every right to spout off, his team finished in the "W" column twice against us. |

Eat our shorts. |
You didn't beat us. Herm Allowed you to win. Both SD games were the worst coached games I have seen.
|
"I think I'm the best. If you match up next to Nnamdi from the Raiders, us two are the best."
Counting him that makes one person who thinks he is the best LMAO I guess a back handed complement is the best you can hope for from a cocky jerk like him. |

04:37 PM ET What makes it so hard to cover Dwayne Bowe. You always seem to have a hard time against him. Dwayne Bowe only has two catches on me in two years, so I've never had a hard time against him. |
Thankfully those 1-point losses were last year with a different group of coaches. Unexpectedly, the Chiefs forced the Chargers to fight for those two wins.
The Chiefs have made some changes, but without Gonzalez (Who made big plays in both games against SD in 2008,) it will be more difficult. The good part is (from a Chiefs fans point of view,) is that the Chargers haven't been active this off-season. Since firing Marty, this team has declined every year record wise, despite pulling off victories in the playoffs without Marty. I'm interested to see if Turner can take this team to the playoffs in his third year. He was able to do it with Marty's talent for two years. Can he go three for three? |

Herm and a fence post is a wash. |
Herm turned an above average to mediocre team into dogshit.
Norv turned a top 5 team to average... Thats about the same. |

Some of you are OK with moral victories. I'm not. A 1-point loss is no better in my eyes than a 20-point loss. It's a "L" in the standings either way. Cromartie has every reason to talk smack. They won both games last year, won the division, and beat Manning and the Colts in the playoffs. So again, I'll sum up the entire argument in one word: Scoreboard. |

They have talent all over the roster, shitty coaching is the only thing holding them back. |

You are the master of putting words in other people's mouths. But since you brought it up, I'm guessing the close call in SD didn't do much for the "growth" of the team, seeing as how they went 1-7 in the 8 games after that 1-point loss to the Chargers. |

The Chargers have never had a pass defense.
Cromartie isn't good enough to be calling out anyone. Then again, this is the guy who guaranteed 15 interceptions last year and only got 2 while failing to cover anyone. And he didn't doesn't play for some great team that has a right to talk smack, he was the 2nd best corner on one the worst pass defenses in the league, on a team that won 8 games. |
