Ultimate Bronco fan meltdown

This guy on talk radio earlier, was giving his sob story about how terrible Orton is, and was this season. He then rambles on to say "we need to draft a big guy who can run at quarterback. We need to draft Tim Tebow."

I couldn't help but laugh my ass off.... That is all :)

Oh and now they are blaming the poor offensive and defensive line play on the strength and conditioning coach.... Bunch of reeruns.

Chiefaholic 01-04-2010 12:03 AM

Then tell them we'de be more than happy allow them to trade up to the #5 spot in exchange for the #12 they got from the Bears. Then we can get better value in Mays and more draft picks for the future.

spin it however you'd like, but the team that knocked the broncos out of the playoffs were indeed the broncos themselves. finishing the season 2-8 out of your last 10 games, the broncos did not deserve to make the playoffs.

No, all the Chiefs did was put a size 13 right up your ass. Man, that was a good old country ass-kicking.

LaChapelle 01-04-2010 12:20 AM

The Chiefs have been to the playoffs since Denver
What?

HotRoute 01-04-2010 12:21 AM

and why does the broncos going 8-8 sound familiar?? didnt someone get fired over that last year. mcdaniels seems to do everything right, except for missing the playoffs every chance he gets

The Donkeys knocked themselves out of the playoffs starting with game 7. Your cheating ass and cheap shot team got what was coming to them. If you don't think that cheap ass shit from Robert Ayers didn't motivate the Chiefs to play harder, you're sadly mistaken. I wanted nothing more than to see him go down with a career ending injury after that shit. Chiefs go out on a high note...The Donkeys....well... They have a lot more questions than answers going into the offseason after that disaster.

i'd bet he doesnt even get fined , since it was the last game of the season.

Quesadilla Joe 01-04-2010 12:39 AM

I'm not gonna lie. I loved the fire that Ayers showed when he body slammed Charles, and I didn't care about the 15 yard penalty.

There's a guy you want your young up and comers emulating.

And just to counterpoint, I loved how Charles gained the team rushing record after said bodyslam. On the road. During a game that could have sent you to the playoffs, had you won.

Wasn't Romo apart of three or four SB teams?? Romo played the game the way all LB's should.

Meaningless is funny. Every time for the next 8 months you come on this board to represent your bullshit squad you WILL be reminded of the ass beating the donkeys received today. Reminded of the fact that your bullshit squad started 6-0 and then with a playoff berth on the line, shit all over themselves to an 'inferior' team at home - where the Chiefs had never won before. No, in the scheme of things, the game means nothing - actually the Chiefs lose out on Eric Berry perhaps. But in The Long Scheme of things, this is one of the most Epic victories the Chiefs have had in the last 20 years. Enjoy your off-season... And Knowmo - Orton didn't go to the probowl, so sad... I think he only threw three picks today.

DJ and LC are my homies.

ROFLROFL Meaningless? Not by any means. That game did wonders for the Chiefs' off-season in regards to attitudes towards the players and coaches. Not to mention the fact that the relentless whining and bitching by the Donkos is certainly priceless. Its nice thinking how about all the questions the Donkos will have all of the off-season about their qb, coach, and game play. And hey, the Chiefs havent lost a game in 2010 while the Donks have lost every one they played so far.

InChiefsHeaven 01-04-2010 06:47 AM

Um, the Donks needed to beat the Chiefs to have a shot at the playoffs. They lost. The Chiefs took them out. That is all.

Hog's Gone Fishin 01-04-2010 06:55 AM

Once again we can look forward to an offseason full of hope while the Donks continue with meltdown Part II.

How so? Didn't Denver need to beat the Chiefs AND hope that either the Jets or the Ravens lose or tie? Seems to me that losing to the Chiefs did in fact knock you out of the playoffs, regardless of the outcome of the Jets' game and the Ravens' game.

No. They didn't. They just humiliated you at home and showed what a fraud you were for the first six games of the season.

To be clear, the Chiefs won more of the last ten games of the season than the Broncos did.

But, no, the Chiefs did not knock you out of the playoffs. The Broncos' chokejob the previous 3games had taken care of that.

What they did, was come into your house and not only win the game, but beat you like a circus monkey, embarrassed you in your own house if you will. At that point in time, you still had a shot at the playoffs. The Chiefs ended on a positive note and you and the donks can chew on that loss for the next eight long months.

Our QB didn't play well except for the first drive (it did set the tone).

Our coach and backup RB tried their best to hand the game to you early when we had a chance to take it to you in the 1st.

Your QB was on his way to a career day, but imploded by throwing two TD's to our Linebacker! ROFL

Clady got taken behind the woodshed by a slow passrusher with no moves.

There were a LOT of calls that went your way when you needed them the most. (PI in the endzone, Hali was blantantly held on a 3-8, the non-call on Bailey was horrible on a 3rd down).

After all of this, you still lost to one of the worst teams in the NFL AT HOME to end your playoff hopes.

I didn't realize you guys still had a chance depending on the Jets-Bengals outcome. Oh that's right you didn't. Your season was over befor the Jets game started so don't make it sound like they knocked you out of the playoffs. If the Chiefs didn't end your season yesterday afternoon it could have been a whole new game last night. If you told Marvin Lewis and the Bengals that with a win last night they would play the Denver Broncos next week I think you would have seen a little more of a fight from them. As it was they had nothing left to play for with their "first round bye" matchup eliminated by Charles and DJ (well some credit goes to Kyle "Pro Bowl" Orton) just a couple hours before the game.

Exactly.

Don't give me this shit that you were eliminated by the Jets and Ravens. Chronologically, you were still "alive" despite the Ravens beating the Raiders and you would have STILL been alive entering the Jets/Bengals game if you had won. You were OFFICIALLY eliminated when Jamaal Charles got done wiping off his cleats on the backs of the Denver defense.
