I actually saw his place on Cribs once. He said it's one of the few places on Manhattan Beach that has a rooftop area for parties. Hot tub up there, too. Sweet pad.

Oooh, I don't know about that. There area a ton of places in Manhattan Beach that have space for rooftop parties.

Maybe he was referring to beachside properties.

I'd buy it hoping that there was some of October's bathwater left to drink.

Heh, some guy I know threw a rooftop party in MB. He told me he invited a few people and a few hours later 100 people showed up. Shit got all rowdy and the cops shut it down.

I wouldnt wanna live there though. Annoying neighbors, crappy parking situation, salty air corrosion crap, and the lack of strip clubs in the vicinity make me lose interest

I also rememebr him showing some killed bottles of expensive tequilla. Weird the stuff you remember.

Go sniff the hot tub and surrounding areas. No way that area isn't saturated with her smell.

The first picture in the listing makes it look like it's right on the beach.

I clicked on the Estimate My Monthly Payment, and it directed me to a page with a big, colorful GTFO plastered on it.

The wife works at KU, Tony and October came by to visit some of her sick kids not long before he left town. I asked her if October was as hot in person as on TV and she said "Even hotter".
