Tony Gonzalez's Manhattan Beach home for sale $3.6MM
Featured in the L.A. Times today.
Said if it goes for the asking price they'll include the new Porsche 911 convertible that's in the garage. Dane? http://www.realtor.com/realestateand...266_1114709062 |
The house is almost exactly the same size as the lot, what's up with that? No drive way? Where do I put my wading pool?
|
When you live that close to the ocean, mold and corrosion become a real pain in the ass.
1.5 is my final offer. |

I actually saw his place on Cribs once. He said it's one of the few places on Manhattan Beach that has a rooftop area for parties. Hot tub up there, too. Sweet pad.

Maybe he was referring to beachside properties. |
I'd buy it hoping that there was some of October's bathwater left to drink.

I wouldnt wanna live there though. Annoying neighbors, crappy parking situation, salty air corrosion crap, and the lack of strip clubs in the vicinity make me lose interest |

I also rememebr him showing some killed bottles of expensive tequilla. Weird the stuff you remember. |

I clicked on the Estimate My Monthly Payment, and it directed me to a page with a big, colorful GTFO plastered on it.

And for the record, I'm with Delano. No October bathwater, no deal. |

Well, with $180,000 down, the monthly payment on a 30 year fixed is only $19,000 per month.. :deevee:
|
Does anyone have a few million I can borrow? At like a 0% interest?
