I love the "Rex Ryan likes this" in there. You might miss it if you don't look close.

That's awesome
|
Holy shit that is the funniest thing I've seen in a LOOOOOONG time.
|
OK, GoChiefs, you gotta step up your GIF game now. :D
|
nice one!

Amazing LMAO
|
The FS got posterized too, but at least he actually tried. :)
|
Hilarious, nice work. LMAO
|
Hilarious. Cromartie is a joke.

He could have been part of our defense. He could have (not) been making those plays for us, dammit! GET THE DRAFT RIGHT, SCOTT. YOUR MISTAKES WILL COME BACK TO HAUNT YOU. |
Wow, if he just trips him up his buddies can clean it up. That play was the game.
|
BTW, what software are you guys using for these? Can you import from DVD?

I heard it was posted at the official Chargers' forum but got removed for being too graphic-heavy or some such excuse. I thought the gifs were probably GoChiefs' when I saw 'em, but I didn't see anything in the gif thread. On the local SD news after the game, apparently they were just crushing Cromartie for both of these plays. I haven't seen any video, though... if anyone has, feel free to post a link here. |

Cro was half assed the whole game. I wanted to choke him.:cuss:
You guys want him, you can have him (in my books). |
I cannot believe just how little effort he put forth on those plays... Even when I played LB in grade 10 in a third-rate CANADIAN program I knew enough to at least get in the way when I was there before the fricking back...
What a joke of a CB... |

There was Cromartie, but at least he had a good season before he decided he would only play two hand touch football. Then there was Gholston. After the last draft, you couldnt go into a thread without hearing that Pioli was a drooling braindead reerun for not drafting Jarron Gilbert, the guy who jumped out of the pool. How is that looking about now? Third round pick who couldnt get on the field if his life depended on it. Who is it this year? Mays? |
Quote:
If he was on the Chiefs squad HE WOULD BE A FORCE. |
Have you ever heard this guy talk? He's obviously a few sandwiches short of a picnic.

BAHAHAHAHHAHAH flipppin hilarious.

Just another example of how Mecca gets wrapped up in "athletes" instead of football players. |
He gets paid millions to "lay it all on the field" and he does crap like that in a playoff game no less...pathetic.
|
Please Cut Him AJ.
Kthxbye |
After it was revealed during that FSU scandal this year that Cromartie can't read, I kind of felt sorry for him.
But man is he the softest corner in the league. |

I haven't talked about Cromartie in forever, Guardian is a dupe or someone that was banned or someone that rejoined with a different name.
I vote for the LJ4MVP guy. |
Quote:
And yes you talked up how you wanted Cromartie, and yes, he ****ing sucks. Maybe you should talk guys up so much? Because generally regarding the draft you are wrong more than right on the guys you like. |
Quote:
He's the luckiest man alive. |

I noticed that first play when it happened live, but I didn't realize it was him who took the lame shot at Greene in the endzone. What a loser.
|
Wow, this guy is worthless.
|
Cromartie is just another example of why you don't draft athletes, you draft football players. Athletes will have those big years now and then, but they are few and far between. Football players who play at a high level do so consistently. Guys like Ray Lewis and Zach Thomas didn't measure out on the scale or height or 40 as good as a lot of guys, but they were awesome FOOTBALL PLAYERS. Not some ridiculous athlete who has no football instincts or cares about the game. Those guys generally don't last for very long no matter how talented they are from an athletic stand point.
|
I like how you are using LB's as an example, every single highly drafted CB is a great athlete, it kind of entails being able to play that position at all.
|

Being some top notch athlete doesn't mean ****ing shit. If you have no football instincts it doesn't matter. Look at the corners that Oakland drafted a few years ago like Washington and Routte. those guys suck balls as football players. Flowers ran a 4.5 something and he's on the verge of being a top 3-5 guy. So who gives a **** about that shit? Can you play or not? I don't care if you run a 4.28 and jump a 44" vertical if you can't play for shit. You get way too caught up on measurables and forget that shit doesn't mean a whole lot on the football field. How much did Cromartie's speed and vertical help on those two plays up there? Yeah, NONE. ZERO. The guy has no heart, but damn he can run fast. |
heh....the guy had a bad game. Guess what? Every defensive back in the history of the NFL has had bad games.
Good for guys like Ronnie Lott, Deon Sanders, and Darrel Green that DVR's and the internet didnt exist during the bulk of their playing era. |
Quote:
And Cromartie is a sub par corner. I don't care if the guy had 20 picks one season, he couldn't cover a bowl of rice with a dump truck of gravy. He's garbage. |
Quote:
Have you even watched him play at all the last few years? He didn't just have a bad game. He just isn't a good corner. |

I saw this thread on my phone and couldn't wait to get to my laptop to see all the gifs and pics. IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WORTH THE WAIT ROFLROFLROFLROFLROFL

We could have an entire thread devoted to the way Deion Sanders tackled, very very few CB's are good tacklers and a lot of them would prefer to not even try to tackle a RB.
And CB is a position that is heavily drafted on measurables, probably more than any other than say WR. |
Quote:
|
No not really but to act like he's the only CB in the world that's ever done that is funny as well.
CB's are generally awful tacklers, there's a few exceptions. Also San Diego needs to do something about it's secondary coaching they have 3 1st round CB's and none of them are as good as they should be. |

I did think to include the explaination of where they came from in the original post, but ultimately came to the conclusion -- correctly, in my opinion -- that it would be funnier with just the "lolz" and the pics. And since it was inevitable that someone would ask where they came from, I could just explain it at that time with no harm done to anyone. With that said, though, I am confident that I would have included a link to the originating post at the Chargers' forum. If it hadn't been, you know, deleted. |

I pretty sure if Jammer or Cason were in Cro's position they would have tried to take his head off. |
Quote:
And lots of corners are good tacklers. In fact if you look at the top corners right now they are ALL good tacklers. Nnamdi, Revis, Woodson, Flowers, etc. All guys that have no problem coming up to make the stick. The days of the pussy tackling corner are generally over. Sorry, swing and a miss. Cromartie just sucks in pretty much every way. |
Al Davis agrees that Cromartie was a great draft pick
