Should I jump on the Chiefs bandwagon?

Since I'm a fan of the Rams, I need another team to root for just in case the Rams are 0 and something after 4 weeks(which I doubt will happen). So, should I jump on the Chiefs bandwagon or not?

Mk19 09-05-2010 08:43 PM

Take it from a lurker...

You picked the WRONG Chiefs site to ask this question.

kysirsoze 09-05-2010 08:44 PM

Definitely. When we're 1-3 and leaving the Rams in the dust!!!

LaChapelle 09-05-2010 08:44 PM

If you buy tickets and help prevent blackouts
by all means welcome

Bugeater 09-05-2010 08:44 PM

Sure, as long as you don't mind rooting for another 0-4 team.

Chiefs Pantalones 09-05-2010 08:44 PM

If you're a Rams fan, stick with them. No one likes a team jumper.

At least your 0-4 team wouldn't be 6-42 over a span of 3 years.

1-3?

Despite popular belief, the Bye week doesn't equal a win.

Considering the Rams drafted a QB and Bradford actually didn't look bad in preseason why would you want to root for another team?

The Rams for the first time in years have something to look forward to.

We just aired up the tires last week. Changed the oil, tranny fluid and flushed the radiator. She is gassed up and ready to go. She shimmys and pulls to the left around 60. But hey. She is on the way to 8-8!!!! Hop on and bring beer money!

I'm looking for an AFC team to root for. Bradford looked impressive in the preseason and I will be at his regular season debut.

If you want a happy ending, pick New England, Pittsburgh, or Indy.

If you want a slow, painful, heartbreaking death choose the Chiefs.

We are all reeruns for supporting the Chiefs. It's like volunteering to get kicked in the balls.

I can confidently say that being a Rams fan in the last 10 years is more depressing than being a Chiefs fan in the last 10 years. I mean, you guys won a Super bowl in the turn and had momentum to build on. At least we weren't cock-teased with promise.

2004 was the last year I felt the Rams had any promise. 2006 was the last time I felt the Rams were a respectable team. But since Vermeil retired after the Super Bowl, we've had idiots running drafts, injuries and a horrible head coach.

Mecca 09-05-2010 09:02 PM

The Rams won a bowl 10 years ago and just drafted a QB in the first round..don't give me this bullshit that it's more depressing to be a Rams fan.
