I would certainly understand Charles' frustration. I don't get it, either. He should be THE feature of our offense. He can go downfield and catch passes, he's tough, and can break a game open at any minute.

The only knock on him is his propensity to fumble, which I didn't really see much of on his run at the end of last year.

I think he's saying the Chiefs are in danger of losing Charles as a player that buys into the system - that he's going to lose confidence, and ultimately, productivity.
