How Often Do You Trim/Cut Your Nose Hair?
 

I was stunned to realize that I now trim/cut my nose hair once a week. If I do not, I look like a party favor when I sneeze. The interesting thing is that I'm not a particularly hairy chap, so I've no idea why my nose hair grows at such a prodigious rate.

So, how about you? Trying to gauge myself.

Please define not often. I could probably go two or three weeks, but I despise the very thought of nose hair protruding out of my nose. There was an old guy at Home Depot helping me some plumbing a few weeks ago, and couldn't stop staring in horror at his nose. His nose hair was pure white and I swear that he could have braided it.

My nose hair is blonde/white, so it's very noticeable. This is the best trimmer I've found and have been using it for years.

Growing up sucks

A few weeks ago I discovered a stray hair shortly after a trim. Being away from home I decided to pluck it. Upon first tug I realized that the rogue hair was apparently rooted deep within the farthest recesses of my occipital lobe. The extraction was a truly frightening process. I can not imagine what strange forces could generate such a freakishly long growth but I fear that I may have been exposed to some sort of horrific nose hair fertilizer.

Getting older sucks.

One day - and I'm not kidding - I was driving in my car and the sun was shining in through the rear window.
My kids started laughing and said I had a hair long hair coming out of my ear. I looked, didn't see anything. They kept laughing and laughing. Finally, I look again in the rear view mirror and the sun hits my ear just right and I discover there is indeed a very long, very albino-ish 4 inch hair growing outta my ear. Looked like something that might fall off the abominable snowman.

From that moment forward, it's been vigilance!

Twice daily, with additional treatments in the middle of the day as necessary.

I always wonder just how out of control my nose/ear hairs will be when I'm in my 80's from all the cutting and trimming I did earlier in my life.

Well if you get held prisoner in a castle it's always good to know you can grow your nose hairs out enough to let your fair maiden save you.

i use a small pair of scissors. i also yank the closest ones to the nostril sometimes. they don't hurt sometimes.

I`m a Raider fan so I never have to do that. You see, in jail we have creative crack pipes and every time I spark up, it singes my nose hairs right back where they belong.

I tweeze and pull about every 4-6 weeks. It used to be every week when I first started about 20 year ago, but by pulling them out with the root intact for a couple of decades, there's very little trimming necessary these days.

Nose hairs are ****ing gross. I have a friend that lets his grow to the point where they're sticking out and curling above his skin at times. The dude is super busy and ultra-successful but please, get rid of those ****ing nose hairs!

Never have. But I have trouble growing body hair, it seems. I have almost no chest chair. What little grows, is shaved after a few days. No back hair to speak of.
