I'm not in charge of any of that. We had a great team here in 2010 and some improvements can be made, no doubt. I'm going to trust Coach Haley and Scott Pioli to make those adjustments and draft those new guys. I can make this team better by doing a better job and get quickly on page with the new acquisitions and that's what I intend to do.

As a lifetime Chiefs fan I was impressed with the team's performance this year even though it had a rough ending. To build upon that success going into the offseason, what positions do you think need to be addressed by the draft and FA?

I believe in Scott Pioli and Coach Haley that they're going to bring in the right guys to elevate our team to the next level. They did a great job last year of bringing in talented veterans and rookies that all had a tremendous impact on our succes

Did Weis' announcement of his departure to Florida have any affect on the KC offense the last two weeks of the season, or was it coincidental the O went in the tank?
