ATV rental??
 

A few friends and I are going ATVing tomorrow at Truman Lake.......we have a friend who wants to go, but doesn't own an ATV......I have done some googling and some yahooing, but have yet to find a place that rents ATV's for my friend, does anyone know of a place around here or clinton that rents them??

couldn't you and your friends just go on a quiet hike, instead? those darn atv's really tear up our natural resources.

Well, we're going to an ATV park....so its kind of expected.

it's just that those nasty fumes float over into my gated neighborhood. and the noise scares my cats to death.

Good luck. Most places don't rent them. Cost too much for all parties involved.

Well if that is the case, then it is without a doubt 2.

I’ve never heard of a place renting them.

I know you can rent them at the sand dunes in Oklahoma......there is also a place in Branson, for use on Chadwick park, but apparently, there is nothing between KC and Clinton.

I am actually doing this tour next week down in Arkansas. $75 for 5 hours.

I know.. My parents were planning a trip to Utah.. They were going to Clinton for practice for some reason and my cousin decided to go.. Well I was not going to let him borrow mine so I looked for a rental. None to be had. Places that sold them in the area said generally it cost them too much money.. Between insurance, cost of the atv and damage risk to what they would have to charge it was not worth it to any parties involved..

So he did not go, and my atv was saved..

Like several others I'm unaware of anywhere close by that rents ATV's. Probably not enough demand to warrent the expense.

Is this why you posted the math equation thread? Are you trying to figure out how much it will cost?

There are several places around here, but that's not going to do you a hell of a lot of good.
