Yost was trying to get this failure a possible win. I would've taken him out. I don't give a shit if we have the lead.

Undoubtedly, we will walk the first batter of the next inning and he will come around to score..that is just what we do.

Dang it, step away for a an inning and Davies happens. Hopefully he's done for teh day and we can get another run for whoever relieves him.

I was glad to get him due to his stuff. I haven't been able to watch him pitch, so I'm not sure what his problem really is.

He has a shit ton of talent, actually. Far more than Suppan. The problem with Davies is that he's a mental midget on the mound. He's the type of player that Split and Quiz would have beat the shit out of in the clubhouse back in the day.

I'd give him a go in the bullpen first. Maybe in short stints he can dial up his fastball into the mid 90s and gain some confidence there. I don't ever see him as a viable starting major league pitcher though.
