Rumor?

Allegedly, Haley was at a bar recently and stuck his unwanted hand up the skirt of a young lady who slapped him. Then he pulls the "do you know who I am?" out.

According to the witness, cops are called and Haley is cuffed.

Pertinent parties have been interviewed by media. Story forthcoming. Or not.

Is Todd Haley part of the right 53? <- that part is a joke and is being explained for people who will take the comment too seriously. All other information in OP is serious.

I do not run a big-time newspaper. That's ridiculous. But I did run into a witness tonight. I've properly labeled this as a rumor. So either we find out through traditional media soon, we find out the Chiefs effectively squashed it, or it's completely fabricated by a crazy lady. It will be interesting to find out which is true.

Many people come here for their Chiefs news, so we don't tolerate false news stories, even if done as a joke. Misleading thread titles can fall into this category.

Yeah, I wrote it. I've been very careful about how I've shared this information. I think it's interesting and my expectation is that the Chiefs will effectively squash it before it hits any form of media. But many rumors are shared and dispelled or proven on this site so I figured this thread might force somebody's hand one way or another.

He can be a jerk all he wants, but if he puts himself in a situation that distracts him from coaching or the team loses respect for him, than that is bad news. A "rumor" like this could be detrimental if enough people believe it happened true or not. If it didn't happen then Haley can get his reputation back but he will still be watched just a bit more for every move he makes.
