Was the Haley "slap" of Muir's headset a sign of bigger problems within the Chiefs?
 

Petro has brought it up at least 60 times the last 2 days - he's mentioned it 5 times while on with Kevin Harlan this morning.

My question is simple - is it REALLY that big of a deal?

Looked to me like he just readjusted his microphone....I'm going with "no"

From that video posted (I didn't get to see the game, had to listen online) it looks like he just adjusted the mike so that people could actually hear Muir. He moved it up, closer to his mouth. Pretty simple if you ask me. :shrug:

The gif cuts off at the only point in the exchange where you can read Haley's lips, but when his head turns he clearly says words to the effect of "up to your mouth so we can hear you".

I don't know why, but next week I expect Muir to look at Haley with that same befuddled expression and say "what??" only to have Haley zip up the guys fly. "You got to keep it up."
