Anybody ever listen to these guys during the televised events? They are easily the most bias announcers of all-time. It's like a comedy gold during the game.

I had a buddy who lived in Salt Lake when Ostertag was there and he said some old man in a wheelchair would yell "Osterfaaaaggggggggg!" anytime he was about to shoot free throws. That story makes me lol everytime I think about it.

I will have to pay attention next Cubs game.

I'm watching the Nuggets beat up on the Nets. Their up by 20 at the end of the 3rd. The Denver announcers are kinda homeriffic also.

He made the HOF after he died too. That's gotta suck.

The Gregger made a nice NBA career out of routinely being owned by every other decent center in the league. But he's rich so...

My brother played a few pick up games with him in a park in Lawrence back in the day so that's cool at least.

I have noticed that with Denver too but Utah is off the charts. They have me rolling tonight.

He was terrible.. and he made a pile of cash for being a big stiff in the middle. The dumbassery of the NBA never ceases to amaze me.

Hey BD are the Jazz really playing well this year? Without a KC team to root for I don't pay that much attention until the playoffs. The closest team to me is the Bulls but I got sick of them during the Jordan years and have never cared about them since. For some reason I've always had a soft spot for the Jazz though. I blame Ostertag. And Jacque Vaughn played for like 2 minutes once.

Ostertag was really a bad NBA player. Shaq served him lunch on many occasions. But I rooted for him because he was a Kansas boy and I always root for my guys. He wasn't even actually good in college though.

The Celtics announcers are pretty bad at being homers. At least they used to be (not sure if it's still the same guys). Luckily I am an Orlando Magic fan and their announcers are really great at being objective.
