smoking pole

I've smoked pole many times, but have a few poles I need to cook and thought I might try smoking them. I've tried it once before and the results were very, meh. I was thinking of scoring the poles, brining them, then smoking them? Any CP pole smoking advice and or brining ideas?

Do you have any tips on successful smoking? Do you brine them first? Do you use some kind of rub?

Sofa King 01-23-2012 03:44 PM

I've heard that you should leave it to marinate. It increases the flavor.

Buck 01-23-2012 03:52 PM

I know a place.

tooge 01-23-2012 04:16 PM

luv and loochy, sounds like you two should have a pole smoking competition being as you've both smoked a few poles

You're not going to attract the kind of men you think you are with this statement.

It is hard to erect an argument against the benefits of having your pole smoked.

Come on down to Dicken's apple farm. On a cool August evening there's nothing like having a hot Dicken's cider.

Ladies, I am always quick to help someone in need, and it sounds like you could use my help. I happen to have a pol in need of smoking and gladly offer it if you would like. I know it would be quite a sacrifice on my part, but what the heck. My pole is ur pole

You know what goes good with a hot Dicken's cider? Some schweatty balls and a dusty muffin.
