Sure it's a little sappy, but is this news worthy? It's just a wife supporting her husband.

This is the NY Post we're talking about. Standards don't enter into account.

I'm sure Tom would rather not have this on the news, ESPN, all over the web. I mean, you send an email like that after he's met Bernard Pollard. LMAO

I heard about it on ESPN. Google it. It's everywhere now.

If god could suck off teblow so heavily, he can ****ing give brady one more. Brady is much more handsome than tebow or eli manning, for that matter. And handsome people deserve nice things.

if you think that's bad, you should read some of the English soccer papers. They're brutal on front page headliners.

I think it's funny. Especially given that they are two beautiful people, wildly rich and successful, with loads of money and healthy children. Yet, she feels it necessary to pray for her husband's 'confidence' and success in a football game? Is she nervous that they haven't won a SB since spygate? Or the officiating crew isn't Brady friendly?

You know, most lesser people ask God for help to find a job, heal a sick child, ease the pain of cancer, peace on Earth and other similar matters. Many of their prayers will go unheeded.

Gotta love Giselle's sense of irony.

So people with lots of money and success should never pray for anything for themselves?

Sure they can and I'm sure they do.

If Tom needs God's help with his confidence then I'm sure it's important to them.

They aren't praying for world peace!!!! Castrate those F-ers!!!!

Some people apparently just need shit to complain about, no matter how insignificant.

In the end, it worked so well for Tebow. I'm sure the Giants are praying too. Guess we'll see how God picks sides.LMAO

I think it makes sense to solicit prayers from your friends and relatives...

Look what happened to Rich Gannon in the Super Bowl when all he had was some fat Italian woman wearing a burka praying for him.

Yeah, completely sick. As others have posted, of course, Tom isn't even the top breadwinner in his household. Bundchen crushes him.

There's nothing wrong with a wife wanting her husband to be succesful and happy in his career no matter how well off they are.

Of course not but how many people start 'prayer chains' asking others to pray for the same? Especially when that success would mean the 'failure' of someone else.

Maybe I hang with the wrong people, seeing that no one I know lives in a house like that, but I have NEVER gotten an email (or sent one) asking for prayers for a spouse's success in their profession.

I've gotten them for surgery and illness. Never success.

Sounds like you have a big, gaping hole in you. Well actually, make that three big, gaping holes.
