Alas, I truly hope you all have some literary talent for I have an assignment that will require it...
Luv should enjoy this one.
Your team will now write a short story for my amusement.

Both teams will have a different topic. I will start you off and I want each member to write a couple paragraphs until completed. The story needs to be posted in one final post by the deadline in this thread.
But that's not all. I want 3 illustrated pictures, (Drawn via MS Paint or similar) to go with your short story. One picture will be for the cover of your short story, (don't forget a title) the other two for the content.

This assignment is due by Sunday Night, 9 pm CST.

Up to 25 Points will be assessed for each of the following:

Comedic Value
Illustrations (25 points total for all three pictures)
Spelling, punctuation.
Creativity
total available points per judge: 100

I want you to write me a short story about a special NFL quarterback named Mark Castle and his new job as starting QB for the Chiefs. He has the heart of a lion but no real talent.

For the n00bs:

I want your story to be about a QB and his 1st year starting for the Denver Broncos. His name is Tom Teebow. He's heavy into religion and has no real talent.

Yeah that won't work. The only way to not make it random is to let the teams decide who gets immunity or do away with immunity for the round.

Only one Immunity this game and it will be given to the team to be used as a team. You all can decide as a group who should get it.

Couple questions...

Will the drawings count as a team member's contribution, or does the artist have to contribute to the writing as well?

And how will you know for sure that each member contributed, and that one person didn't do it all by themselves?

Yes, the artwork contributes to the creativity portion of the score. The team may decide how many artists you have or how few. I don't care as long as it gets done.
Also, you don't have to make everyone write the story but I have to know who contributed and who did not. Therefore, each portion of the story that's written my a different member requires a notation at the beginning of the entry/picture.

Do we just post the story in this thread when it's ready? I'm not sure there's any other way to submit it since it's too long to fit into a PM.

I think each team should have a separate thread for their story. It will make it easier for the judges to find them.
