ESPN - Jeff Chadiha - Flaws of Chiefs' GM exposed

http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/85...-pioli-exposed Scott Pioli is yet another flop to come out of the Patriots' organization Quote:

RAC in his presser today mentioned that the sign in the Chiefs locker room has changed. It now reads, "Play good football."
That's where we're at. "Play good football." LMAO. Whoever voted for Pioli's fraudulent ass to be "Executive of the Year" should be punted in the balls. |
This is ultimate ****ing payback for the Chiefs smearing Jeff Chadiha's name during training camp, saying he didn't know shit about Jon Baldwin because he wasn't at training camp, blablablablabla....

Man I hope this keeps up. Clark will have no choice but to get rid of the "Don"

The amount of heat on Pioli reminds me of when Carl got fired. Specifically after the San Diego game when Joe Po. Wrote the article ready aim fire everyone
|
Wow. I am impressed with Banner Power. Awesome stuff, that.

Play good football. And smile and wave at all your neighbors.

Amazing.

Might be taken the wrong way... |
I have some other ideas for their sign...
"Hold The Ball" "Tackle The Ballcarrier" "Brush Your Teeth Before Bed" "Get Here On Time For The Game" "When The Opponent Has The Ball, Play Defense" |
Chadilla must visit CP. I have read the exact same story here.

Actually, Mr. saphojunkie, "What's For Lunch?" is probably the most appropriate locker room slogan yet. God ... we are so screwed. FAX |
"Magic Johnson doesn't have AIDS. It's a process."

I have a theory that, when Dr. Evil took this job, he never in his wildest dreams could have imagined that national pundits would be calling his ass out for tanking this franchise. I'll bet it was the furthest thing from his mind.
What we're witnessing, my friends, is Homeric. His previously masked incompetence combined with abuse of power is leading to a fall of great magnitude and, ultimately, potential madness. It's a deadly recipe and one hell of a story. Pioli has fatal flaws. Not only did he make the mistake of believing his own press releases, he vastly underestimated this market and these fans. "Who 'scapes the lurking serpent's mortal sting? Not he that sets his foot upon her back. The smallest worm will turn being trodden on, And doves will peck in safeguard of their brood" FAX |

"Go Team Win" (since we look like a small town high school team anyway "Wear a Condom" "Thank You Sir May I Have Another" |
Later this season, as the losing continues, I'm expecting the sign to read, "Play football."

we should mail 1000's of copies of this article to pioli

This guy has also been putting Pioli on blast since right after the playoff loss to Baltimore.

The mass media likes to pile on when it's a sure thing.
This is going to end soon. |

Every time I think the Hunt family will do the "right" thing, I usually have to wait a few years. |

Our only saving grace is that Clark took over in 2007 and a year later, he stripped Carl Peterson of his decision making powers and handed the draft to Bill and Herm. Hopefully, he is just giving this season time to turn things around and by looking at the next 3 games that doesn't appear to be happening any time soon. From here out, the fail will be in the national spotlight. Its gonna be hard for Clark to not fire Pioli after the Pittsburgh game. I truly believe that and have called the following Tuesday as the date of his dismissal. |
Quote:
The Chiefs are but a stale fart in the wind on the national level, though. |

I agree with the timeline. |

I'll be shocked, otherwise. |

1977? 1980? 1984? Sure. With a 24 hour news cycle, which includes not only the NFL Network, ESPN and local news, we now have CBS Sports Channel, NBC Sports channel and various regional Fox Sports channels, not to mention Social Media. The heat is on, without a doubt. The question is, at least for me, does Clark feel it? |
Quote:
I think Pioli lasts until the evening after our final game this season. |
Quote:
I hope that you're right but something tells me that IF this team can pull out a few more wins (highly unlikely), he may be able to self-justify just one more year. |
Clark might be snakebit right now, too. He is probably thinking,"I just hired the can't miss GM of the century, and he failed. I don't know what I am doing."
In business, that is a scary place to be. |
Clark has to understand that with multiple teams already releasing their GMs, the good replacements will start to dry up the longer he waits to pull the trigger.
That is a big part of the date of dismissal I predicted. |
Quote:
Pioli is hoping for a few mid-season wins so he can do the "We're seeing some positive results and how 'bout that Romeo?" dance. That, he hopes, will quiet the madding crowd and buy him more time. The fact is, it probably would. FAX |
Quote:
:D |
Clark can either:
A) Eat a few million and start fresh on a worthwhile endeavor next season. B) Sink $100+ million on player contracts in a pointless 2013 exercise that probably ends with Pioli's firing anyway. |

Jacksonvilles new owner has already said he is making wholesale changes that have already begun. The writing is on the wall. Cleveland has already informed Holmgren that he is out at years end. Carolina has already made their move. The other 4 are probably only a few losses away from making an in season move. I bet one of these dumbass teams is hoping that Pioli will be available...hahaha @ whoever that is. |
Pioli and Cassel reunite in Cleveland....to continue the work of Belichick.

The best will be when all these idiots in the media who have defended these guys the past 2 years when it was becoming alarming with Pioli and crystal clear with Cassel that things weren't working start bashing them. Right towards the end, hell when they are actually out, they will say "yeah it just wasn't working". Some of these clowns still defend both of them. Sirius Radio is the worst offender some times.

Did I see Pioli slinging rock last night on Holmes Street?
