I think that it's way too early to give up on Gabbert although I agree that they'll probably draft a QB.

Gabbert's young. He had horrible coaching last year and he's getting some this year and has shown improvement.

If he's cut, I'd take him in a heartbeat. He may never turn out but he'd be dirt cheap on the wire and definitely worth the time to develop.

The Jaguars have far less talent than the Chiefs and their coaching staff isn't much better. Gabbert's a guy that has shown some promise and anytime you can get a Top Ten QB for free, you should do it.

That said, I doubt they give up on him so soon.
