"Thanks Peyton"/Clady
|
They can do better at CB than Chump Bailey. I got to say that.
Oh second team they still can do better. |
Cmon Knowmo, I am waiting for you to accept the bet I offered.
|
They had around the same yards and Lynch had twice as many TDs. Yeah, he plays for a much better team, but it's not exactly shocking.

Its good to see the broncos got something out of their season. All pro spots will be important to those teams when they lose to the ravens

Denver wins Super Bowl, I post as a Bronco fan till the combine starts. I'll take it. Deal? |
How great is it that Tony G made the Pro-Bowl in the season that Scott Pioli did such a shitty job he put us back to where we started and got fired.
Good on you, Tony. |
Knowmo you accepting or not?

I was rooting for Manning today (I'm done with Ray Lewis), but now I've changed my mind. That said - the Broncos should absolutely house the Ravens today. They're a much much better team. |

Do they get a patch for their letter jacket for this?

Baltimore was missing several starters last month. Plus, Ravens have the revenge factor. |
Bets loaded in my favor, but that was kind of the point.
Insurance against welching :) |
This is a Chiefs board, after all.

This bet almost is as lopsided as my bet with O's fan.
Royals won more than the O's he can't ever post in a royals thread again. O's win more? I can't post in the O's thread. I don't anyways lol Posted via Mobile Device |

I've said it once and I'll say it again.
Remember the talk of Gates eventually becoming the greatest tight end ever? And taking down all of Tony Gonzalez's records with him? Ha ha ha hahahaha Tony Gonzalez is...STILL IN HIS PRIME while Antonio Gates is totally washed up. Tony G could play another 5 years. BUT WE GOT A 2ND ROUND PICK OUT OF HIM! What a FAIL of a trade. |
(although had dumbass Pioli kept Gonzalez he probably would have retired out of spite for this wretched franchise)
|
Bullshit list
|

I'd really like to see him get a ring to go with his HOF career. If they can beat hot Seattle I think they can beat anyone. |
Quote:
Even with him, the Chiefs were still 2-14. |
well you could say that about anybody you trade
3 years of Tony Gonzalez is ALWAYS more valuable than a 2nd round pick I'd take 4 years of THIS Tony G over a 1st round pick, too (not the #1 overall) |
It was a bad trade at the time and it was made worse by how we allocated the pick.
Scott Pioli sucked at everything he ever did. |
every trade Scooter made was awful value wise
good thing people around the NFL like Andy Reid because he will trade and trade until his mustache falls off, unlike Scooter who is hated by 90 percent of league and can only net the same 3 trade partners lol |

 If they lose, I'm gonna miss your trolling. Unless you pull off the ultimate trolololol and welch. Then I'll laugh. |
Cassel>Manning was supposed to be posting as a Chiefs fan this WHOLE YEAR.
He lost a bet with me and welched the biggest welch ever. **** him. |
:)
Eh, if he welches, Broncos lose, and we rub it in for an entire offseason. |
Blair Walsh is a Viking. Failure.
|
It's amazing to me that anyone thinks Lynch is better than Jamaal Charles.
Lynch is good, but he plays with an actual QB, who is also a running threat in the spread option. If Charles was on Seattle he'd blow away Lynch's numbers. |
Champ bailey, all-pro.

It seems every TE that dominated in college & gets to the NFL to claim they'll overtake TG aren't saying it anymore. I think more & more players' are realizing it can never be done. Let's see, I remember these guys' saying it: Shockey Gates Kellen Winslow. (I remember TG commenting on him saying he needed to learn to block) Who else was there? All 3 of those have never been renowned blockers...a complete TE like TG. It's amazing, the guy just keeps plugging along. The TD celebration of choice for most players' now is the goal post dunk. Hopefully TG comes back as a TE coach? |

The highlighted ones are the chokers from yesterday?
|
I'd say that Gronk would have a chance. But there are major IF's.
1. He needs to stay healthy...he's gotten off to a hotter start in his career than TonyG, but he needs to stay healthy and he seems to be injury prone as of late. 2. The last 2/3 of his career he will most likely not play w/ Tom Brady. If the Pats win another SB this season....Brady will probably only play 3-4 yrs, and will either retire, or some team will be stupid enough to trade a 1st to NE for him for one last hurrah/SB push (maybe a Scott Pioli-led team LMAO). Once the Pats lose Brady that team is going to suck...I'm talking 3-4 win seasons. And Gronk won't nearly have the production. |
Quote:
1) Belichick totally turned the roster over from '99 to '01 to '04 to '07 to '11. So he clearly has no problem building winners. 2) Yes, the only constant happens to be the HOF (possibly GOAT) QB. But I remind you they went 11-5 with Casshole. |

Get ready, because that will probably be his intro. |

Nobody has forgotten what he did in Kansas City. We need to shed the inferiority complex. It's pathetic. |

champ bailey lol

His career at KC will be forgotten by everyone except Chiefs fans. He will probably retire as a Falcon, too. |
Manning, Bailey, Reed and even Lewis to a degree showed their age yesterday. But, TG still plays like he's 25.

I'd gladly pay him elite money for a tight end on a 2 year deal to bring him back to Kansas City. I know he's probably retiring, but I think he could still be awesome for 2 years. |

2. I didn't have time to argue with him about it because I was getting shit prepared for a huge watch party. 3. I never would have taken the bet if I thought the Broncos were going to lose. |
did he come back or something? has he been trying to circumvent his banishment?

2. Then don't ultimately agree to the bet. Nobody was holding a gun to your head. 3. Try that in Vegas **** stick. Oh, I'm sorry I never would have made that bet if I would have known I was going to lose. Can I please have my money back. See you next year you lowlife piece of shit. |
He welched on our bet too. Like a year or two ago.
|
He welcher on our agreement a year or so ago, too...when I saw that he did, I offered him a compromise so that he could stay and he welched on that, too. The original agreement was that he would leave forever.
IMHO he should be banned by a mod. |

What about our bet you little snivel?
|
And year long bets are stupid. That's why I tried bargaining with PGM about making it only last 3 months. I did my 3 months, and then some, that is long enough IMO. There were even comments after I agreed to the bet saying how lopsided it was in PGM's favor.
|
You're a little bitch, IMO
