I love the Fisher pick.
I like the Kelce pick.
I dislike the Davis pick, but I do understand it. The kid is off the charts as an athlete.

Right now it's a B- draft for me.

We had to pick Fisher. I don't blame them there.
I like the TE pick.
Davis pick is so bad it raises a red flag about how this regime thinks.
It is so bad it actually makes the entire draft meh.

Fisher was an okay pick given the situation.

I liked drafting the TE from Cincinnati.

I hated the Davis pick.

It's been pretty much everything I expected.

Last year we had an offense that put up 3-6 points far to many times in the 1st half of games. And with our first 4 picks this draft we went...

1st LT Fisher
2nd QB Smith
3rd TE Kelce
3rd RB Davis

...so for now I am okay with things. In fact I wouldn't be shocked of upset if we go offense again in the 4th.

Some of you talk about linebacker psst.. we just signed 4 of them in free agency. Some say safety to replace Kendrick Lewis psst.. we just signed 2 corners. a qb was out of the question, you got that for your 2nd rd pick.
What do you want....the honey badger? A play maker? What??

I don't think it's a terrible draft Fisher and Kelce will probably be versatile 5+ year starters and Davis is a typical Andy Reid back with his speed.

The only thing I find frustrating is the players they could have had instead, if they turn around tomorrow and grab Barkley or really any of the couple of good developmental QB's I'll be fine with it.

Fisher will be the only player on the roster in 2017 barring some sick Pioli-esque interference from-on-high stuff.

Fisher and Kelce are okay picks, but the Alex Smith trade basically renders it a failure all on its own. That trade negatively impacted what positions we chose to draft, it negatively impacted our ability to trade in both of the first two rounds, it basically set the tone months in advance for how this weekend would go. Add in the failure to move Branden Albert and the new front office has basically turned what could (and should) have been an exciting draft weekend filled with optimism and hope into a giant wet fart.

I just don't get the warm and fuzzy that we have improved or upgraded in this draft. We only got an OT to replace a tackle we have yet to trade, so no improve. New TE isn't necessarily an upgrade over Fasano or even Moekei, and obviously we have RB covered. Just not feeling any defined upgrades, but rather depth.

It's depressing me further.

I'm questioning how much longer I can be a fan of this team.

We don't agree on much but.......this.

In almost every draft (there have been some that didn't have one but they are the irregularity) there is one franchise QB.

It's the job of every GM in the league to find, identify, and draft that guy.

If you include Alex Smith as part of the "draft" I hate that move, and will until Smith wins a SB.

Aint going to happen so...

In a GOOD year, Smith is a 20 td, 14 int. type QB, and you need a 30+ potential TD guy to even think about sniffing a championship.

The idea that all of my organs will last that long is doubtful.

I'm thinking about changing hobbies. Something that can reduce my blood pressure and make me more healthy.

Can't get too upset about the things that happen to the Chiefs. Most of the fans deserve it.

"Meh" is a perfect description. I can live with all 3 picks, but I'm having a hard time getting too awful excited about any of them. I think Fisher will be a nice player. I honestly didn't see much of Kelce this year, so I'm probably too ignorant to have an opinion there. Davis seems like a decently high ceiling guy, but unfortunately has a very low floor. There were certainly safer picks at the same position still on the board, and I don't like taking total fliers on guys as early as the 3rd.

In 4 years Austin will settle down and be bored with this and Phils kids will probably be running it...

I got to admit, if I was there I'd of been pretty stoked, too.

Eric Fisher looked pretty dominant against Navy, Ball State, and Akron. Did you see those games?! He positively lit up those tenacious Akron Zip defenders...

I'm indifferent about the RB. He's a project. That's fine, it's a late 3rd. If he pans out, amazing. If not, that's what is to be expected from later picks.

Round 1: 50% hit rate
Round 2: 30% hit rate
Round 3: 20% hit rate
Round 4-7: 10% hit rate

if you can land 2 quality players a 1 situational guy every draft you're doing very well
