First I have seen of this, gonna have to check it out.

Loved the book. If you havent read it definitely pick it up cause its ****ing insane and its all mostly true too.

Oh and the movie looks awesome. It looks like Scorsese got it right. I hope it lives up to the book

I'm a bit skeptical of Jonah Hill being in a Scorsese film though. However if Scorsese sees something in him then I guess I can roll with that.

If only it didn't have a song off that AWFUL new album by Kanye West in it. Means it's definitely a flop, just like Kanye's album.

I liked Hill in Moneyball.

They are quite the duo huh? The only film I didnt really like of their's was Shutter Island cause I hated the twist.

I'd rate their films as

1. Gangs of New York 10/10 (they dont make epic films like this anymore with huge set pieces. And even though Leo's accent was iffy at best, he and of course Daniel Day Lewis were great in it)

2. The Aviator 9/10 (Leo should of won the Oscar over Jamie Foxx imo)

3. The Departed 8.5/10

DiCaprio is a stud. My favorite actor, skill wise, since Tom Hanks.

I just finished watching the Baldwin scene from "Glengarry Glen Ross" and this preview gets posted.

This thing has a 8.9 on IMDB right now. 76% on RT though. Seems like ppl like it. Debating whether I want to go see Anchorman 2 or this one. Last couple Scorcese films haven't been up to usual though.

BTW this thing is 3 hours long. Not 2 hours 39 minutes. A full three flippin' hours. It better be good.

Good flick. All 3 showings out in OP last night were sold out....didn't see it til the 10pm show.

Really wanted to see American Hustle. That show was sold out too though. Wolf was actually our 2nd choice.

It has TONS. The movie is really over the top. Worth seeing but I was stunned with the 8.9 rating on IMDB it has right now. No where near that good.

I wanted to see this, but went with American Hustle instead.

That was a very enjoyable movie.

Can not wait to see that.

It's a fun story with a ton of talented actors.

And Amy Adams tits are hanging out of her shirt the entire movie, which is a nice bonus.

Movie was barely watchable, especially at 3 hours and 10 minutes. In hindsight, I wouldn't pay to go see this in a theater, or at all, really.

I liked it. I usually don't have the tolerance for the uber-greedy, cocaine and hookers class of people, but it was so well done that I really laughed and enjoyed it alot in the parts that were meant to be funny. I also think they did a great job of keeping him unlikable while entertaining. I didn't think they were glorifying that asshole, they were just telling the story in an entertaining way befitting his skill as a salesman.

The supporting players were fantastic including the FBI agent, the swiss banker, the first guy he talked to at the penny stock office, and Rob Reiner as his dad. And the

Disappointing.

This. He ****ing killed it in the funniest movie of the year.

I saw the movie in Joplin and was warned at the ticket booth before purchasing that it was,"an extremely vulgar movie."I take it you didn't get the same warning.

The writing wasn't funny; nor was it clever. Going for cheap laughs and they missed more often than not. I heard few laughs throughout my experience. The story wasn't interesting and it was much too long. The End.

Movie was good, but they could have cut about 30 min off the movie. Some scenes were just way too long.

I liked it. Wasn't great or anything, but it was good.

Kinda meh. Not bad. But not really great either. Focused so completely on the things that are wrong with our society, that I felt dirty watching it.

Also, how the **** does Jonah Hill continue to get roles which he's incapable of pulling off? He's just not a believable actor for most of the parts he plays. Including this one.

You talking about Moneyball? I thought he did OK in Moneyball, but I also knew nothing about the story going in.

Anything other than where he plays an immature goofball. I didn't really think he managed the part in Moneyball very well.

I gave up on them way back when Julia Roberts won for Erin Brockovich over Ellyn Burstyn in Requiem For A Dream,haven't watched the awards since.
