I do have to say that he has my respect concerning the nutrition/diet regiment, because it's really easy to slip up because of the availability of the specified source nutrition meals and junk food cravings.

He got to hit the mats n roll around with Machida. Thats pretty cool. That shit takes alot of dedication and discipline wow.

As badass as this is, I bet that Tamba himself has to work his ass off to do some of the shit that Houston is naturally blessed with when it comes to athleticism.

Love Tamba though. You want every player to have the work ethic he does. Hope Houston is taking notes.

On a side note, I really hope Dontari Poe is working out like this instead of just going to the gym.

A physically blessed huge man like Poe could be the best NT in the league if he works like Tamba does.

Tamba doing this is what he needs to do just to play at the same level. Hali has stated Houston is able to do things he just can't...

I'm waiting to see if Houston will follow in Hali's footsteps with his training methodology since he does look up to Tamba.
