Yeah, avast user here too. The bloat is pretty bad. At least you can go in and disable or configure the annoyance away.

Both AVG and AVAST free rate pretty good, with Avast having a slight edge in this test. PCMag tests gave the edge to AVG recently I think. Based on this link, MSE is a joke...didn't realize it was that bad :/ |
