I log in to get chiefs fans take on the game and our board is overrun with Donk/Chargers fans. How does that happen. Mods, suck! This place is a shell of what it used to be. It's laughable.

To be fair, the mods were out****ingstanding during the Colts playoff experience.

We experienced approximately ZERO trolls.

However, we are a pretty open and accepting bunch. We are tough, but we are tolerant.

As such, there are a good number of Chargers and Broncos fans that hang with us. They're allowed their day in the sun.

I suggest you grow thicker skin and handle it. ChiefsPlanet is a football board for Chiefs fans, not a Chiefs board.

The mods are killing themselves to make this a better place.

Our team crashed out of the playoffs last week, so Chiefs fan traffic is down.

Every other month there is someone saying the Planet has lost its burst since I've got here. Thats 10+ years. It's not the same as it was 10 years ago but what board is the same. Just move on if you don't like it. Lots of choices out there.

To say the least and what to do with said underwear, throw them away or wash them out and put them in the laundry basket? Bursts can be over rated.

I'm pretty sure we'll be getting another RT or NG or something like that. We tend to rate our draft pick quality by the pound not the on-field performance. So the fatter they are the better the Chefs think they did in the draft. If we play our cards right we'll draft a few cheerleaders instead of players who are sure to be an NFL bust!

I looked in one thread this morning and there's was a 6 or 7-post back and forth about Alex Smith between two FOURTY NINER fans. Not a single post from an actual Chiefs fans in several hours.

I'm still kind of in depression mode from the loss. Being up by 28 in the 3rd really screwed with my mind.

I must admit, I'm not over it either. And Fat-Andy saying nothing more than "Sutton's staying" (basically thumbing his nose at the world and telling Sutton that what he allowed to happen was OK) and the franchise doing nothing more than circling the wagons, leaves me to believe that it's the status quo all over again.

At some point a franchise that cares would say something to calm the masses, but this one is doing again what they always do, and that's to circle the wagons and say nothing until the storm passes.

Looking at our schedule next year I'm just laughing at the excuses we're going to hear for how they laid and egg. Everything from "it was a tough schedule" (after a year when going 9-0 isn't allowed to be openly attributed to the "easy" schedule), and injuries, and the super excuse of "we brought on a lot of new players, so they're just learning how to play with each other - we'll be better next year [2015]", yeah, this coming year could be funny as all these revelations/predictions come true. And I'm going to laugh even more when "we got hit by the injury bug" and "we had a lot of kids out with concussions" are added to the list to explain how 2014 just wasn't meant to be (for the Chefs)... And the wagons will circle again then too and the team will go full-on KenDICK Lewis and hide from the public like a hibernating bear like they do every December/January at 1 Arrowhead Way...

I think it's just that a lot of kc fans on the planet are taking a time out to regroup and whatnot. The old planet will return, there's too much upside to this kc team to ignore.

Based on those expectations, everyone should be giving each other High-5s just for having a winning record regardless of how "easy" our schedule was this past year.

Going into last year, the lion's share of the "easy" schedule was against AFCW teams. Who would of predicted that 3 AFCW teams would be in the playoffs this year? No one. That's who. Who would of predicted that the Texans would have the #1 pick going into this draft? No one. That's who. Who would of predicted that the NFCE would be a cake walk? OK, some folks did, probably....
