@AdamSchefter: After a disagreement in OAK on OT Rodger Saffold's physical condition, he is returning to STL to sign a 5-yr contract with the Rams. Wow.o

In58men 03-12-2014 08:31 PM

@AdamSchefter: So the Rams get back an offensive lineman and the Raiders are back to square one at left tackle.

Their draft is going to look a lot like ours:

1st round - OL

2nd - OL

3rd - OL

4th - OL

5th - DL

6th - CB

7th - DL

Al Bundy 03-12-2014 08:49 PM

Donald Penn will be available for trade

Trade them Linkenbach for their first rounder.

Yep, LeCharles is 100% correct.

Remember Kendrell Bell. He failed a physical in Pittsburgh right before coming here.

Ha ha ha. The Raiders haven't won a playoff game in over 20 years. Lol

The Raiders are a joke! When's the last time they played in the SB? Obviously the Raiders have an owner who does nothing to win a championship. I wish the Raiders were more like the Chiefs and played it safe with the cap. That is how you win playoff games. Ha ha ha

With all the cap space they have...how have the raiders not landed some of the big name free agents? They could have signed talib, revis, and Byrd. And they still would have had room to sign Ware and Jesus himself.

Because who in the **** would want to play for that piece of shit franchise? Money or not.

BossChief 03-12-2014 09:24 PM

I hope Oakland holds on to that cap space.

However much they are under the cap floor by gets redistributed between all NFL teams next season.

That's why the salary cap bumped an extra 2 million to the 133 number it's at instead of the 131 I predicted it would go up to awhile ago.

Sometimes Chiefs fans forget Al Davis is dead!

Reggie Mckenzie (the current GM for you chiefs fans that are unaware) does things diffrently. Although he is required to spend $$$ and lots of it. Who knows what he's gonna do.

Saffold's much better at guard, which is what he would play normally for the Rams. He'll likely play LT until Long's back. He has been hurt at both LT and RT, but not OG.

Lol I never said we were world beaters. The difference between Chiefs and Raider fans is we aren't in denial.

The Raiders have lost 8 or more games a season for 10 straight years. That's not embarrassing? The overall state of your franchise is embarrassing. It has been for a long time. Just stop.

Your next post I'm sure will be about those 3 SBs you won forever ago. That's like an old single guy bragging about a couple girlfriends he had back in high school.

Nope I won't bring up those 3 SB championships the Raiders won. What I can say is that during the past ten years AL Davis spent big money and tried to win a championship! Meanwhile in KC MR. Hunt usually kept a low payroll during that time.

I follow the Chiefs. I watch them play live every year! The Chiefs are turning a corner and have talent.

This is a LOL at the Raiders thread but I have seen the Raiders win a playoff game. Some here could say they haven't seen the Chiefs win one but its the Raiders who are a crappy franchise.

There's no doubt they want to spend it. Schefter said this morning that they've made more calls than anyone but no dice. No top free agent wants to play for them. Which is odd considering most pro athletes go where the money is lol.

The Coliseium isn't that bad. I think it's somewhat an advantage playing on a dirt field the team is used to.

I'm not looking forward to them getting a new stadium. Ticket prices right now are cheap. My front row seats are cheap and they were cheap when Gannon was here winning. I seen prices of of that Denver vs KC game last year and great seats were almost the cost of my season tickets. But hey it's a dump right?

Of course, Mckenzie has spent a couple of years trying to undo the trainwreck that Al left. But yeah, that doesn't help your argument so forget that.
