Well, kinda.

That's if you want to argue that the Pro Bowl is a "football" weekend

LMAO I knew someone would catch me on that.

I wonder if this game will have higher ratings than big brother ROFL

I can't really make fun of people watching this. I'm going to a Braves vs Padres game today, so same relevance.

How could any football fan not be at least slightly excited that it's back tonight?

TribalElder 08-03-2014 11:29 AM

Two teams that nobody cares about in the kc area playing their 3rd and 4th string scrubs in a game that neither team gives a **** about. What is not to be excited about!

Pepe Silvia 08-03-2014 11:42 AM

I just can't get into pre season but it's better than nothing I suppose.

I can get into preseason. It's Bills Giants preseason I have a hard time with

I can't even think of who the Bills' QB is.

Rob Johnson I think

ThaVirus 08-03-2014 02:07 PM

The Bills are interesting to me. They've got one of the most talented rosters in the league and a young QB. If they can put it together, they will be dangerous..

I'm also interested in seeing whether or not the Giants can bounce back after that atrocious season.

FOOTBALL, BITCHES.

I enjoy watching pre-season games because I like keeping an eye out for rookies that I liked during the draft process, comparing their performance on the field with my assessment if them.

Same here... I pay to get all the games on the computer, hook the HDMI cable to it and broadcast it on my Big TV

I'll be keeping an eye out for Carr, Mack, Ellis, and Dowling. Pretty much your entire draft class, curious to see how McGill matches up in the NFL as well. I get both the Niners and Raiders locally so I'll be flipping back and forth between both while streaming the Chiefs, lol.

Really want to see if Jimmie Ward is as good as I thought he would be.

lewdog 08-03-2014 03:15 PM

Speaking of the horrible R8ers....is there a worse place to see a professional sports event than the Oakland Coliseum? Watching the Royals and A's and this place gets shittier every year. Embarrassing.

Seriously, what is the holdup, is the NFL not allowing Mark to move the team to LA? Talks with the city of Oakland have not it and appears will not ever go anywhere.

If they did somehow make it to SA, would you and 48ers still be fans?

KCrockaholic 08-03-2014 03:39 PM

Back on track here.

Who are a couple players you're interested in watching tonight?

For myself, I'm intrigued with seeing how E.J. Manuel has progressed during his 1 drive he'll receive.

The Giants starting offensive line was revamped, and my boy Schwartz finally got a deserved pay day.

Watch for middle linebacker Preston Brown for Buffalo to be an impact player with Alonso out for the season.

Seantrel Henderson will receive plenty of playing time tonight for Buffalo. Most of you should know his story. I'm hoping he pans out for them.

When anything sits at or below sea level you have problem with any drainage... Why anyone would build anything at or below sea level is beyond me.
Liquid flows downhill and fills the first hole it come to

Sorry. I am interested to see how Sammy Watkins plays. The Bills need to let EJ Manual play as much as possible, especially in the preseason.

Rudy tossed tigger's salad 08-03-2014 03:49 PM

Sammy Watkins watch

Unfortunately, Moeaki is hurt.

Watkins will be good to watch. Those guys will be on the bench 5 minutes into the game though.

Still can't believe the Browns passed on him knowing Gordon's situation. Gilbert is fine, and they got a good haul, but it's exactly why I hate defensive minded coaches

They do that shit again and pretty soon Haslem's going to want to see Ray Farmer in his office

Easy 6 08-03-2014 05:41 PM

I dont care which teams, its just great to have football again... in spite of our troubled history together, I hope the bills do well this year.

They wont likely make the playoffs like the owners trying to talk, but I always kinda side with smaller market teams, they're good fans up there, atleast 1/3 of that city would commit suicide without that team.

I like their chances at resurgence with Manuel more than I do, say, the Browns.
