If it's not on video= 5 yard penalty
If it's on video, but Goodell "didn't see it"= 15 yard penalty
If it's on video, and TMZ gets it= death penalty for team

There's probably a better chance of our players asking him for an autograph after the game. Players don't carry the kind of hate for rival teams that the fans do.
