Murray time.
It's time to go with Murray and see what we have. Leave Daniel in the backup spot.
|
It's time you learned to spell Murray.
|
Alex is so good we can't even spell our backup QBs names.

Yup.
No sense at all in going to Daniel at 1-4 |
the sad part is it's cheaper to keep smith than cut him
|
Sorry, our coach doesn't have the balls to make that call
He is no Pete Carroll This might happen at the end of the year to get a spike in attendance to help pave the Clarks palace floors with more gold from the peasants of the Chiefs kingdom |

I would love to see Murray. The season is done and we are wasting our time with Smiff.

No way Andy or anyone in the Chiefs would ever have the stones to do what carrol did with Matt/Russell etc. |

never happen, Reid is an idiot

Murray time.

True. It was comical today to hear John Lynch point out how scared Alex Smith looked. |
Did anybody imagine we were this bad?
|
If we're gonna lose, let's get a bunch of experience for the only QB that should be here next year.

My question is if they even practice throwing deep routes with Smith or even ones past the ***** sticks? I envision a Chiefs practice is just Andy calling dink and dunk plays with Alex getting easy completions. Then everyone congratulates each other for a great practice.

Put Murray out there and draft another qb next year regardless of how he plays. |

Won't happen. I'd rather keep Smith out there and lose for draft picks. If wee finish bad enough Dorsey will have no choice but take a QB.
He did come from GB and took Rogers when they had Favre. No way he does not take a QB if we are in he top 3. |

Some of us knew better, but it does not feel all that great to be right. The thing I do feel good about is that I FINALLY learned, and was not fooled this time. |
2012 all over again.

He will probably suck, but we need to find out anyway.
We can't expect him to be good in 4 games, either. It will take a lot of time. |
The last time Charles got hurt the offense rallied and moved the ball especially well for at least 2 full quarters against the Colts in the post season.
I expect them to come out strong for the first six minutes of the next game. |

Agreed

And 2. That game was a long time ago, with people like Brandon Albert and Rodney Hudson on the Oline. Ancient history. |

What will happen is that chase will come in and win a few and we will resign him and the circle continues |
Sure. Let's start Murray. Or let Smith start, then pull him after the first quarter. Treat the remainder of the season as though it is one long pre season.

Not attacking OP, but this is a pointless discussion. Nobody here has any influence whatsoever on who will start, or should start at QB. This will go on for several pages with numerous theories/deductions, and when game time comes- SHOCKER, the team did nothing of the sort. Anger and resentment ensue resulting in several more pages of hand wringing.
Jesus... Murray isn't starting. He's not. Let it go. |
The season is down the crapper. It makes perfect sense to toss Murray out there and see what we have.
So we won't. |

Truth. Of course there will be the ol' coach speak. We have to turn it around! Play one game at a time! And Andy's go to line. "This ones on me. We have to figure it out!" |
