Coaching Draft
 

All NFL coaches must declare to the draft commitee. They must list their strengths and weakness's. Have interviews and agility tests. A coach can declare free agent after four years in their respective position. If a team lures a coach from another, they will be compensated properly. A salary cap is instituted to all franchises as to what they can spend on whom.

After ten years in the league as a head coach, you are a free free agent and can sign where ever you want for how much you want :D

imagine the chiefs tanking this year in order to secure the rights to tomlin :D

What's this shit about Tomlin being a good coach? Reid de-pantsed the guy, Smith just wouldn't throw it.

Say what you want about whether or not Andy's a good GM (he may very well be a poor one), but he puts his players in great positions to succeed. I'd take Reid over Tomlin every time.
