Wish I could be more excited. But I'm at a loss for how the story of GLOW becomes compelling. The trailer has the same scent as the Dying Up Here series that over-sentimentalizes the early days of The Comedy Store.

Sentamentalize is probably an imperfect word, what they're doing is imbuing undue gravity to things to form a traditional narrative, basically a rehash of Almost Famous.

Not every concert is Woodstock.

GLOW + Brie = I'm watching. I'm not sure what else I could possibly want.

I wonder of the topless pics of her that leaked are from the show itself (will she go nude on the show?), or just some creeper guy stalking her on the set and leaking the pics?

I'll give it a shot. We used to watch this when I was in the NAVY and our ship was in San Diego but we couldn't go ashore.

I'd tune in to watch Brie read the phone book, but I don't know what a GLOW storyline adds. But then I'm not even a fan of regular real fake wrestling.

Yeah, it's getting good word-of-mouth today.

And evidently Brie is naked more than once. For those who are interested in such...things.

I remember that. It was really horrible. They kept playing the video over and over again.

I have seen alleged stills from the show of what is supposed to be Brie changing in a locker room, topless.

Boob Update: First episode, fourth scene in, a little over five minutes of run time, brief full nudity, side view, cute little boobs on a cute little woman. I prefer women to be a bit plumper than this but she worked out quite a bit for the show so she's lean and fit.

She's boning later in the episode (it's a Mad Men reunion). Then she's not naked again the entire series.

The only other nudity I remember is the british girl. Which was a-ok.

It's a pretty good show. Has some fast-forwardable dullness, but I watched it all today in one sitting. It helps that I'm a wrestling fan, and that I remember watching GLOW in the 80s.

It still blows my mind how plain Brie can look with 80s hair and makeup.

I did the same thing myself. I watched wrestling on TV, and even went to live events, as a kid. I watched GLOW when I was on active duty in the NAVY. A bunch of us used to sit around and watch it. Even sang along with the opening song. I was surprised by Brie's appearance. Way too thin for my personal tastes but she's cute in this even with the plain look. I enjoyed this well enough. It was entertaining. Some pretty good characters and decent acting. I'll watch the next season.

Just watched the first episode. Entertaining.

Allison Brie's ass is outstanding. My focus also tended to gravitate toward Sydelle Noel's lower half throughout the series. Eye candy aside, GLOW is an excellent show.

Oddly enough, I was just thinking about this show this morning; I decided to watch an old episode of Mad Men last night and Trudy was included.

Season three starring Alison Brie's and Betty Gilpin's boobs. And I must say, they are very very nice! Better than season 1 for Alison, she's just adorable.

I like the show, and I hope they continue to feature Alison naked. I read that a season 4 is looking pretty likely.

I always watched the real GLOW back in the 80's, this was way before the internet and other than HBO it was the best entertainment on TV. In fact I would record them on my VCR. I believe all wrestling was more popular then because MTV had Macho Man and Rowdy Rowdy Piper and that bunch and Cyndi Lauper, so between GLOW and MTV wrestling was more popular than it is now. I haven't watched wrestling I guess since the Rock jumped to being a movie star. They had some hot babes on that show. I've watched GLOW on Netflix, wasn't impressed.
