Matt Moore is one of those QBs I've always liked as a backup but never got to see play because he always plays for shit teams. I'm excited to watch him tonight.

Its been a looong time since I've watched the Ravens, kinda interested to see why they suck so bad these days... has Ozzie Newsome lost his knack for drafting/team building or what?

At least it's not the Patriots or the Packers. I don't think I ever want to see those two teams again. NFL Network constantly replays their games every week, and I have to switch to Big Bang Theory reruns.

Just remember the obvious.. that all know but need to be reminded of from time to time.. One week of a team performance is not always a true representation of a team, good or bad. Ravens could be amazing tonight!

Its not a popular sentiment these days, but I'm actually thankful for thursday night games, even bad ones... there usually isnt anything better on

I havent watched a Baltimore or Miami game in forever, and I dont think they play each other very often either... this might just be an entertaining game

I'm genuinely curious as to whats happened with Baltimore, they've been bad for a while now, and it surely cant ALL be attributed to Flacco... what happened to Newsomes knack for drafting defense?

aw shit.. I dunno really. I follow only the Chiefs closely, but it seems like Flacco has become a nervous, turnover machine.. and the pass game is the true weakness of the team. Dunno why.

I more trust a DVOA perspective... and the WRs don't suck. Run game don't suck. OL doesn't suck. Defense doesn't suck.

Like Josh McCown for me. It will be interesting because when Moore went into the game last weekend the team responded very well. Remember the team really liked Moore as their starter and he definitely had the locker room for sure and when Cutler was announced the team was taken back quite a bit.

Flacco was late with the slide but Alonso made no effort to avoid hitting high.

Baltimore defending their Quarterback, something we never do.

If You get flagged for an illegal hit that puts the opposing player in the protocol, then you should be DQ'd as long as the opposing player is not able to play in that game.

Yeah Alonso will get fined for the hit but for this game there is almost no consequence to knocking out one of the opposing team's most important players.

The NFL doesn't have a targeting rule yet, does it? Players can get ejected for 2 personal fouls but not for a late hit as far as I know.

Wow what a dirty hit. The NFL needs to put a stop to this. If the QB slides and he his hit then the player is automatically ejected and the ball is placed on the 1

The last angle I just saw from above looked worse. He launched at Flacco at the last minute. Should have been ejected.

Yeah rather agree. He looked like he was intent on punishing Flacco for daring to push for that extra yard or two. QBs making it hard for defenders. Flags and protection so leans their way... for the most part.
